Campbellsville Domino’s warning!!!‼️‼️‼️
We were charged twice by Domino’s in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Our bank app clearly shows two separate charges of $35.49, and the money was taken out of our account twice.
We called the store and spoke with the manager. He insisted we were only charged once, even after we told him we have proof on our bank statement. ‼️‼️‼️‼️
He then said he couldn’t help us and wouldn’t refund the extra charge.
This is completely unacceptable.‼️‼️‼️
Please be careful ordering from this location and check your bank statements, because if you’re charged twice, they WILL NOT give your money back.‼️‼️
We have ordered from them SO MANY TIMES For all our kids. We WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN‼️‼️‼️

I love my local Domino’s! It’s such a cute little building with a great atmosphere. It’s clean, friendly with fast service and the food is always very tasty. I’ve had delivery as well – it’s one of the only pizza places that delivers outside city limits!

First off food was prepared Wrong was not made as I asked it to be. Secondly could not give me the promotions that I got online after they had already refunded me all my money for no reason. Secondly, they ran my card three times even with my spouse’s permission still does not make it right because he thought that the management that was on team that night knew what they were doing, but it shows that they didn’t. That the competence of said manager was not accurate because all that needed to be done was an up charge for our dessert instead of refunding us the entire bill and then charging for the entire bill again when in reality what needed to be done was a up charge of what was needed Now, when I call in to talk to said manager on shift today, I get backlash of rudeness because I use the word incompetent, which is what the manager that night was and get hung up on so I called back to therefore try to understand why I was hung up on when I was getting feedback to the manager on shift so that they can give feedback to their employees to better train them on situations like this so they Do not happen again, but what happens the owner picks up and guess who the owner is the owner is the father to the manager that I was just speaking so instead of being business orientated he was emotionally invested in the situation because I used the word incompetent so I’m assuming because I’m not sure that maybe his daughter was the one that worked last night instead of putting emotions to the side and handling the situation as it should’ve been I got ringed and yelled at and belittled not spoken to and then hung up on when I try to speak to him, so therefore I give this place a one star all the way around, which is really sad because I prefer Domino’s over most places in Campbellsville, but now that the business side of Domino’s sucks cause that’s the most polite word I can use at this moment. I will not be going back and they will be losing my business and hopefully before you order you’ve read this entire review because one food was not done properly two The service was very poor three management here needs to be retrained on how to handle any type of conflict because no the customer is not always right but you should definitely listen to what the customer has to say even if you don’t agree with it because no where did I swear nowhere was I rude hell even my 10-year-old daughter who was in another room came up to me and told me mommy. They are very rude so if a 10-year-old can call out your actions. I hope corporate can handle you. Cause guarantee I’ve already contacted corporate and waiting for response.

I ordered 2 pizzas. I picked up 2 pizzas but one of them was wrong. I called the store to advise them. I would be returning to get their proper pizza when I arrived at the store. They tell me they’re cooking it.. I’m on lunch break mind you. So because of their inability to make the proper pizza I didn’t get to eat any lunch today. Not to mention, the manager was pretty sarcastic and didn’t seem to want to take responsibility. Never ever darken the door of that Domino’s again

Yes my husband placed in order for just parm bites. When we arrived at the drive thru window he was given them plus two pizzas we didnt order. When i foreced him to bring them back he was told it was a canceled order. You cant just give out pizzas like that people have allergies and i happen to be deathly allergic to mushrooms which was on both pizzas.

left food on the wet porch where there was clearly CAUTION TAPE UP came back home 10 minutes later to a wet soggy pizza box and semi wet stuffed bread box, which wasn’t a problem i can deal with a little wet dough/bread. But i paid over 3 dollars for 4 sauces that i didn’t get, and this seems to be a problem EVERYTIME when i order either i pay almost 5 dollars and never get my sauce or i pay 5 dollars and get one sauce. can you please do better and have ur employees pay attention to the orders. cuz no other store has given me this problem. inflation is real bruh don’t play with my money like that

I had to order a minimum of $10 in order to get it delivered even though the pizza was free. Basically I paid a delivery fee of $6.99. so I had to add to that to make it $10 before they would deliver. So I got the medium pizza and a liter of Coke. Got the pizza but no liter of coke. Every time Domino’s always has an item missing. To boot the pizza was burned. If they’re not going to give me my liter of Coke they need to reimburse me and I do not care for credit because this will be the last time I order from them. It’s always something. When I call what I get is ” we’re only human.”. Okay then learn to pay attention to your order. So after the $6.99 delivery fee, basically the pizza was not free. Never again.
