My first impression of this location wasnt the best. The food was an embarrasingly small portion, staff seemed disoriented or not clear on what they were doing, and then told me one price and charged me a different price on my bowl. Not a place I’d like to visit again.

The service was great! The quesadilla was delicious. I am not sure what you spice the black beans with but you poured the whole bottle in. Stop doing that please. Not everyone is practicing to be a flame thrower. Its easy to add spice to food but not so easy to take out. Thank you!
Edit: this location just doesn’t have good cooks. I gave them a 2nd chance yesterday and the food was so salty I threw it out. I won’t come here anymore as they seem to not care about the quality of their food. The other locations don’t have this issue.

I want to start off by saying I love chipotle and every location is amazing, except this one. The employees act like they don’t understand English even tho they’re speaking it perfectly fine to charge me. They don’t understand what extra cheese means, and will pretend to add more cheese even tho you asked for extra.. Just go to the location in front of the Tucson mall for a better experience. At least they listen. I would like to add that the cheese is my favorite part so I’m really hurt.

I always go to this chipotle instead of other locations because the food is fresher and the staff is so efficient! Even when the lines are long I don’t feel like I’m waiting long. I can tell the managers are good. Sad the honey chicken is gone though. The employees here always load up my burrito, have fresh meats and fajitas cooked, and don’t skimp on the guac. I’ve never had to ask for more of anything. Usually a short, black-haired girl with a mask on rings me up and she has always been so kind and has a great attitude. Good job guys!

Chipotle has really come around. My burrito was “full size” not skimped out like it has been recently. And the best part is I noticed that walk-in customers were getting full service as they walked in, not waiting while some online order was made. This is a big deal! I quit going to Chipotle for awhile because it was so annoying to wait in line when nobody was in line! Kudos, Chipotle!

Tonight I went to Chipotle with my fiancé and his brother after the gym, and the experience was really disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the employee preparing orders (black hair in a long braid, wearing a mask) seemed rushed and aggressive, almost like they were already closing up even though it was only 8 pm.
As my fiancé ordered, our food was handled roughly from start to finish. Even something as simple as opening the plastic lids was done with unnecessary force, which made the whole process uncomfortable. It stood out so much that his brother even joked that our bowls might be “cursed” from the way they were being treated.
On top of that, they were out of vinaigrette, which was frustrating, and the overall meal just felt lackluster because of the poor service and atmosphere. We understand it was later in the evening, but a little friendliness and care with the food would have gone a long way.
