Visited for lunch with a group from work. Placed our order and sat at one of the tables. The buzzer to notify us our food was ready was pretty loud but made sure we knew our food was ready. I ordered the grilled pastrami with crispy potatoes. It was very tasty and had a healthy portion of sauerkraut. The salads others ordered were a generous portion and looked good. Overall the prices were a little high but quality products cost more. The market area had tons of organic and specialty items as well as a refrigerated section with meats, milk and eggs, all locally sourced.

SC Real Foods is a real treasure here in Florence. This place has never disappointed me. I has the chicken strips and my wife has a Reuben sandwich with the split pea soup. All was very good and was served in good time. They’re hours mean I don’t get to eat here often but when I can you can be I will.

Great place to get….real food! We were en route from VA to FL and very thankful to find SCRF. I got chicken salad on a croissant with a strawberry salad and the hubs and son had chicken tenders and fries. Great drinks on tap for kids and adults!

SC Real Foods has always been fantastic, but now they’ve added the new Peck Away Cafe, so we traveled over to try it out during their soft opening. Oh my goodness, the food was delicious and all of us enjoyed the choices and selections offered. I had the Smashing Cheeseburger and added bacon to the top, soooooo good!! The Cucumber BLT Salad was also delicious: chopped bacon with cucumber, tomato & thinly sliced red onion tossed together in housemade creamy Buttermilk Dressing and served over a bed of Romaine w/ house-made croutons.

Okay so 1. Their hours are horrible. If I’m doing my grocery shopping in the morning I’m not going to wait for them to open until 11 am. 2. Sometimes the food they have in the refrigerator section that is pre-made (salads, Mac and cheese, chicken, etc.) is expired, so check the expiration dates. 3. This store is overpriced. If you want healthy food and know how to look for it in a normal grocery store, get it there instead.

The all new location at Celebration BLVD and Palmetto ST is awesome! More of the same great foods but now healthy meals and a place to eat as well. Now it seems more of its own location rather than an addition and is much easier to get to now on the west side of Florence. Nearly everything is locally sourced and the owner operators are as nice as can be!
