We were visiting from out of town and had to try this place. It did not disappoint. The flavors were so authentic and absolutely satisfying. Service was friendly and welcoming too. Definitely a must try spot when you’re in Houston. Typing this make me wish I could have another bowl already :’)

Came here because a Vietnamese uncle from another restaurant I go to recommended this place – walked in, peaceful, huge dining area, minimal people only 2 tables inside occupied. Told the waitress one bowl of large noodle for the two of us. She kept asking if we want appetizer or drinks we said no, and said just one bowl of noodle. She came out with two bowls of noodle and you can tell it was kind of intentional which makes the experience unpleasant. Next to talk about the noodle soup – it was a very average bowl of noodle soup (with soup filled with MSG) and noodles still with the smell of dry noodles that’s been sitting there forever from the package. The food was unfortunately below average so would not be returning for the food nor the experience

Finally when it comes to paying we said we’ll pay separately for each bowl of noodle and she just ignored us.

I’ve never tried Hu Tieu from Vietnam before, and this was my first time—it was unexpectedly delicious! The broth was incredibly flavorful, and everything in the bowl was fresh. The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and the pork was delicious. I highly recommend trying it! I’ve had it multiple times, and the broth has been amazing every single time.

Easily the best hủ tiếu nam vang in all of Houston! Authentic taste, amazing flavors, wonderful toppings, delicious broth, great portion, so satisfying and fulfilling. Would recommend anyone and everyone to this place, locals and visitors alike.

Service is all top-notch. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seatings as well. My top favorite restaurant in Houston hands-down.

I hadn’t had Hu Tieu in ages, and the craving hit hard—I needed a spot ASAP! I used to go to Phan Ky, but since they left their old location in Bellaire, it’s hasn’t been the same.

This Hu Tieu was packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. I got the P6, Hu Tieu with egg noodles and thin rice noodles dry, and it satisfied my cravings.

Hole-in-the-wall vibes but seriously good. If you’re hungry, get the large. The small didn’t cut it, and I had to order extra noodles.

The best hủ tiếu nam vang in town It tastes exactly the same in Vietnam. I normally get the dry version, with rice noodles Their price is affordable compared to other places in town. Only $13 for a large bowl.

Our first time here. The name of the place did not disappoint. This was so far the best hu tieu mi that I’ve ever had. It’s always a good sign when the right vegetables and condiments, like crown daisy and pickled serrano peppers, are provided. The proteins (pork, inerts, shrimp) tasted fresh. The best part was the broth, so flavorful and just right. Yum!

They have one of the best bowls of Hủ Tiếu in Houston. We’ve been eating here since they opened 5 years ago. Our favorites are Hủ Tiếu Mềm nước lớn and Hủ Tiếu Dai khô. My daughter loves the Wonton Mỳ nước. We also like Cháo Quẩy as a side dish. Highly recommended!

09/17/2023: My dad and I stopped by to have some hu tieu and it was so, so good. Everything was tasty and filling. I really appreciate that they had Chinese celery and garland chrysanthemum (one of my favorite vegetables) to accompany the noodle soup. Yum!!! I would go back in a heartbeat.

This hu tieu place is very good & the taste is very close to what I usually get in VN, way better than Phanh Ky
Their egg noodles & wonton with soup on the side is also good, the sa siu pork is tasty.

Updated: One star off because the lady wrote down my friend’s order wrong but didn’t fix her error. We told her we wanted the liver and no other intestines, she gave us heart & said that what she wrote down. Didn’t say sorry or let me give you what you ordered and walked away like is our fault. It is sad that the food is good but after this incident, my friend never come back here. They lost some customers.
