Ordered two sandwiches for take out. One had a big thick chunk of chicken like what is pictured on the menu. The other had a thin, small piece of chicken like a kids portion. They gave 7 pieces in a 5 piece tender though. Staff was nice and food tasted good, but will need to check orders in the future.

Went to try the new location for the first time. Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps. Asked only for 1 additional change, to add mayonnaise. They did not. Wraps were cold, cheese was unmelted and the tortilla was falling apart in my hands. Do yourself a favor, go to KFC

I don’t get out much but being that I’m in disabled in a wheelchair, I decided to come out to see how this new Popeyes was in person & it was immaculate!! The lobby was very clean and the General Manager Chris was very attentive to our needs as we ate in the lobby! You don’t see this much attention at many fast food places in the area so its good to know this new Popeyes is doing is right !!!

Had an incredible experience at this Popeyes! The chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, and the biscuits were fresh and warm. What really stood out though was the service – Manav, the manager, was super friendly and made sure everything was good with our order. He even checked in to see how we liked the food. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention at a fast food place. The whole meal hit the spot and the staff clearly takes pride in what they do. Will definitely be back!

Went in to check out the newly opened Popeye’s location on route10 Ledgewood. Food wise, it’s your standard Popeyes. Though I’ve had worst in other areas, so at least this place is doing the food right.
Building wise surprised me very much. I walked in to see this is nearly a takeout only location. It’s very compact inside. There was like 1 table in the middle and some window seating with some stools. Otherwise, not much going on. I would definitely not recommend coming here if you plan to eat in.

Reading all these reviews I am wondering if we are talking about the new POPEYES in Ledgewood NJ. I tried to get chicken there tonight Monday at like 6pm and there were like 10 people just sitting at tables with their PHONES not eating just waiting for take out and it was elbow to elbow because the place is TINY and very unwelcoming. No one even comes to the counter to take your order they demand you use the tablet screens if you dare to try to enter. I didnt bother with the drive-thru. I am not waiting 30-45 mins for chicken after doing the shopping. Not sitting there in my car. I like Popeyes chicken and food better but I went to KFC drive thru and ordered Taste of KFC family meal for $20 it was $21.99 total. I even had my app ready to use at the Popeyes but it was like a nightmare commercial for Popeyes. Just a bunch of dashers waiting for orders and like 5-6 doordash orders sitting on a shelf getting cold. Its a glorified chicken waiting room. I was in and out of KFC drive thru in like 5-10 mins tops and on my way chicken in hand. Do better Popeyes I expected a much much different experience like the one in Wharton.

Great food and fast service at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Ledgewood. The chicken is crispy and flavorful, the biscuits are warm and buttery, and everything was served hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely worth coming back!

I understand they just opened and working out the kinks. The manager was very accommodating. The one major problem I had was they only have 2 tables of 4 and some bar stools. The employees should not be allowed to sit up front. We took our handicap mom and thanks to a very nice customer we were able to sit. The one employee sitting at the table couldn’t give a care seeing mom could barely walk just continued on her phone while she was done with her food.
The other issue was garbage can was filled and someone should have emptied as they were not busy.

How is this place just open in Ledgewood and this is what I find in my food in the drive thru a hair !!! That is not mine ! And how do you get on the speaker at the drive thru laughing unprofessional..i already know this will be a short lived restaurant

I wont go back. We ordered at the drive-thru. When we pulled up to the window we got a soda and were told to drive to a parking spot and theyll be out with the food in “7 minutes.” Fast-food places do this so corporate thinks theyve served you according to their time stipulation. We waited 15 minutes before going inside to get our food. This defeats the purpose of going through the drive-thru!
Thw guy upfront said thwy were slammed… they were no slammed, as we were the only car in the drive-thru and only one having eas inside. There were 2 other cars waiting like we were. He told us to order on the app for large orders loke this (we ordered a sandwich meal and one order of tenders).
Granted, they only recently opened but a little accountability goes a long way.
