1st time visiting this location and the last. The portion of food that we paid for almost $50 was absolutely ridiculous it would not have feed a child let alone an adult. Inquired through the African American female manager on duty and needless to say I don’t understand how she’s a manager with her attitude and all the bulging of her eyes and walked off and told the manager in training well you deal with her when I offered to even pay for more. The manager in training was courteous apologized and rectified the situation.

Just attempted to eat the wings however they are not edible! They taste awful has a very rank chicken taste! What an absolute waste of money!

I hate cold fries. Money is too tight to be wasting on trash food. Anyways. I’d give it a 5/10. Lukewarm food is just gross to me though. Fast food is fast food though. So give or take. Hit or miss at times.

I ordered a chicken salad online and when I went inside to pick it up, there was no one in line or waiting on food. I picked up the salad from the to go area but I wanted to order a drink so I went to the counter where a young man was standing there. Apparently he was helping with a cookie order but he completely ignored me, he never greeted me or even looked up from what he was doing. When he did finally look up, he said nothing, turned his back to me, came back to the register, looked at me again and walked away again without speaking. A manager or assistant manager came around from the back and asked if I had been helped. She was friendly and quickly rang me up. I’m leaving this review because 9 out of 10 people will not complain and this bad service will continue. The food was well prepared and was great. Clean waiting and dining area. I did not go into the restrooms.

Popped in here for a quick to go order for dinner. The building seemed very clean and orderly. The drive-through was busy but the dining room seems pretty empty. There seem to be plenty of staff available but not much interest in helping customers. It wasn’t bad service just seems like they couldn’t care less if I was there. The food was hot and delicious.

Update: Stopped yesterday and didn’t have the great experience we were used to. I got the 10 boneless wings and they passed these little tiny nuggets off as full sized. I’ve gotten small ones before at other Zaxby’s but they’ve also given me more than 10 to make up for the little ones. This Zaxby’s didn’t do that. I paid full price and 3 of them together were the size of 1. Very disappointed. Rating used to be 5 stars.
Original: Great food. Clean bathroom. A great mowed area to walk dogs if you are traveling with them. The walking area is why we have picked to stop here again while traveling!

Went through the drive through and ordered traditional wings with lemon pepper seasoning. I got almost home to realize that the lemon pepper seasoning was missing. I had to wait 8 minutes for them to be recooked. No apology from management. It seemed as though the manager was bothered that I complained about 5 wings.

The attitude we just received from the young kid at the register, Kaleb with a K, was unbelievably rude! It was a bit loud in there since its lunchtime after church and I thought he asked me for my order which apparently he asked me for my name because when I started to give him my order he got very flustered and got a major attitude and yelled “Name for the order” and my husband looked at me and said “Let’s Go” not giving money to this establishment when a employee like that works here. Bet if his manager heard him and saw him act like that, he would most definitely be fired or at the very least reprimanded. So I looked at my husband and yeah let’s go and we walked out and went to Milos who had the nicest employees working there. So we left 1 star!

They’re almost always slow, the staff is generally friendly, and it’s clean. Today though I put in a mobile order and they just had just changed their hours, so I was unaware. I came around the drive thru to pick up my order and they told me they were closed. I told them I had a mobile order and Google and the app said they didn’t close drive thru until ten so I didn’t know they were closed. They were pretty snippy, but they did say they’d give me a refund. It’s not something in their control, but I had no way of knowing and the attitude I got from them was not very appreciated

Clean, quick and efficient restaurant. I was impressed with the floors cleanliness. The staff is friendly. Food is as good as a zaxbys can be. I do miss the fried mushrooms.
