Last order on sat 8/23/25, was terrible! And we order from here A LOT ! I was shocked they even were ok with boxing this order up ! We always get well done, but holy crap these were major burnt ! Not sure what happened cause we r usually pretty happy with our carbones ! My pizza sandwiche was so burnt the top caved in !! Hope this not going to be a trend there !! We use the one on Century Ave in maplewood.

Last 3 orders have not been great! 2 of them being the wrong pizza, the first time we let it go, the second time called and after having to argue was delivered the correct pizza, this final time the pizza was fine however the sandwich was disgusting!!! This big chunk of fat was in the sandwich. Time to find a new pizza place!!!!

Will not order wings from here again. They appear to be boiled, not sure I’ve even seen wings this pale in my life. They could take a lesson from the Burnsville location which has phenomenal wings and I’ve ordered from them about 5 times.

We have always loved their pizza. Today my wife ordered from them online. Well their online was down. So she called them up, and they were very rude, but we ordered anyway. When they showed up my wife had our baby in her arms, but had to sign the cc receipt. The delivery driver goes come on man because it was taking a few minutes. And they also forgot the marinara for the cheese bread.

We’ve given this location a shot a few times since we live near by.. it does not compare to the other locations by a mile. Carbones is known for the heavy hand of real mozzarella on top of fresh toppings. Not here. Cheese bread very bland (cheese on top of bread slices it seems). Sauce is good. It’s been on time. Other than that, please if you find yourself in cottage grove they know how to do Carbones correct.

The house special wasn’t what I expected- the pizza was cooked with sausage and pepperoni and cheese, but the cold mushrooms, green pepper and onions were thrown on top. Kind of icky!

Delivery was great, arrived hot! The pizza quality was a hair above the box it came in. There was a time this location was better. That time has passed. The sauce was OK and the toppings were OK. The crust was tasteless and boring.

Ordered a pizza sandwich, with sausage onion and mushroom. There was literally two tiny pieces of sausage in the entire thing.

Paid $50 for 2 pizzas and was quite disappointed. Crust is tough like cardboard. Tired jaws after a couple of square slices.
