Very much a locals restaurant, but not intimidating for tourists. It’s located on the second level, which can be hard to find depending on the level you enter.
You order first, then they bring the food out. Seems like they have a good mix of breakfast options, so everyone should be able to find something to eat.
I ordered eggs, corned beef hash, and pancakes. It came out pretty quick. It’s served pretty bare bones on paper plates. It was kind of disappointing that they used fake butter to serve with the pancakes, but they were huge.
The overall rating of 3 stars is mostly due to the service and atmosphere. You’re presented with a tip option before you even sit, and they only come to your table once to deliver food. The two questions I had (cup for water and syrup), the waitress just pointed. So I’m not sure what the tip is for.

Had a good time at aiea pancake house. You need to order first before you sit down for eating inside. Lots of choices to choose from. Omelettes to pancakes to loco moco to fried rice. You can substitute the rice for potatoes if you want to. Go early because the parking is better if your early. If you go later then you’ll get farther parking.

Stopped here for breakfast before we spent the day at Pearl Harbor. The food was delicious and the staff were so kind and friendly. We basically had the place to ourselves since it was early but we really enjoyed sitting down and eating here. I definitely recommend this place!

Above average food taste, great price for so much food! Their pancakes beat IHOP’s and are the best I’ve ever had! I had the spam, eggs, and macadamia pancakes. Yum! Coffee was good too. I asked for milk for my coffee and they provided it without issue. I would rate it 4 1/2 stars if I could!

Service was quick, but food was below average. Something you could make at home. Rice had a string green onion flavor and that seemed like all the flavor there was. Pancakes tasted like box mix. Prices were cheap though.
