This Marble Slab was the absolute worst! From the moment you walk in, the workers looked so miserable, you don’t even wanna be there yourself. Then i order a milkshake and the carmel syrup wasn’t working so instead of asking if I wanted another kind of syrup, I got NONE. Then she proceeded to hide it behind the cash register so i couldn’t see there was no carmel sauce added. My milkshake was milk. No thickness to it.

Ice cream is great and many flavors. The girl behind the counter is the one that makes me not want to go anymore. Rude, acts like she just wants to get done with you, did not ask if a wanted toppings or anything just gave me the ice cream after not even giving me the one I asked. Customer Service here is awful. My boyfriend and I went for a sweet treat. The girl behind the counter would not even look at me just mumbled words and was very rude. She also told my boyfriend that the shake machine wasn’t working. So he didn’t get a shake he got icecream on a cone. Right after we sit down eating out icecream another man comes in and asks for a shake. The girl just makes it for him and he gets a shake. After telling us no. I will not be coming back here.

Two words.. CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is the absolute worse at this location. I went here twice just to give them a second chance. Let’s just say they won’t receive another dime of my money. I asked for a cookie sandwich. I was told that I couldn’t mix toppings in the ice cream cool ….rules are rules. I am a simple man so I asked for chocolate chip cookies for my sandwich and praline for the ice cream. She makes the sandwich and puts it in a CUP!!! Sandwich did not fit at all. All of my ice cream slide off into the cup causing me to have to eat cookies and Ice cream separately with a spoon. Then I get to the register and the cashier who noticed I was visibly upset did not address the issue at all. I handed her my card to make the payment. She then placed my card on the counter when I clearly had my hand out. I signed and left and will NEVER RETURN. Come here if you want to be treated like you made them come to work today!

Came in at 9:00 when the store closes at 10. I am 8 months pregnant and told my husband when I walked in that I needed to use the restroom. Not a minute later one of the young employees pulls two chairs in front of the bathroom blocking it off. My 5 year old is also asking to use the restroom, my husband grabs the attention of an employee and asks if we can use the restroom and they say no. I had to load myself and my kid up and drive next door to the gas station to use the bathroom and then come back because we were with other people who already ordered and we had as well. At 9:27 they told us their lobby was closed? We were not even the only people there, there was another parent with a group of children. This location doesn’t have a drive thru so how does the lobby close at 9:27 and the place is still open until 10? The floor was filthy when we walked in with entire smooshed cookies on the floor. The staff was obviously bothered that we came in and rude to everyone that came in.

That was disappointing at best. We were visiting from out of state, and were told to check out this mixing, ice cream place recommended by our waitress. We rushed through our dinner, and hurried over it the Saraland AL location. We realized that we showed up 5 mins before close, and would not have normally done that, but we were leaving the next day. We were greeted with annoyance and honestly nasty employees. There were several of them standing around and then one came up and very abruptly made sure we knew she wasn’t going to mix anything into our ice cream. Didn’t even give us a chance to look at anything and was very rude. I assumed she was the manager. Not only will I never go to another of these stores, I will make sure to let all people know what kind of service to expect. I have worked in several retail and customer service positions and people have walked in less than 5 mins before closing and I have never treated anyone with the amount of disrespect because the bottom line is the business is still open. It’s not closed! You still have to operate as such. I probably wouldn’t have cared at all about not being able to mix the ice cream, but it was the blatant disrespect from the employee that still has me shaking my head. Do better!
