My fish tacos didn’t have the chipotle ranch I purchased it last night before closing time when I got home I saw it wasn’t any on my tacos I called soon as I saw it was none and person kept hanging up. I came in today and ask can I get a refund or remade for the inconvenience the girl at the counter said no I ask can I speak with a manager she said no. I said you don’t have a manager she said no.I don’t know her but she is very rude. This is how my tacos looked and there’s my receipt.

Palacana is THE place to go for authentic Mexican food at Legends Outlets! They have a huge menu with all kinds of delicious Mexican dishes.
Everyone was super friendly, which is always a plus. We were a pretty large group, but they served us really quickly even though it was busy. I was really impressed with how efficient they were!
I loved the two girls in the counter, they were great!
I’ll definitely be coming back every time I visit Legends Outlets. Highly recommend!

We’ve got dorilocos to go, where are the doritos? I understand that a to go order the doritos are suppose to be separated from it, but they were not in the bag either

I’ve been here several times and the customer service has always been friendly. Went in this evening around 5pm to order steak tacos and a scoop of ice cream. The young lady wearing glasses didn’t say hi until I said hello and came off indifferent. I observed that she was talking and laughing with her co-workers, and also greeted and engaged with Latinx customers. I would hate to think that her lack of service was because I am not Latina but that’s the impression I got sadly. Otherwise, my food was great as usual.

I got the mangoneada, big eltotes in a cup, and taco dorados. So yummy. Love the place here and how there’s a variety to choose from. Simple but yet tasty have table for disability. Workers there are very kind and nice. Lots to choose from, will try something next visit.

I’ve had my fair share of Mexican ice cream and the mangonada was like a cruel joke you would make for someone you hated. There was no mango sorbet I could find, a small amount of frozen mango chunks and I’m not kidding you about a half cup of chamoy syrup with what tasted like a half bottle of tajin. We took maybe 3 tiny bites poking around for some relief of the extreme salt and extreme sour and no sweet or creamy at all. It was absolutely disgusting. I’m guessing the young girl who was very nice didn’t know how to make these. Very disappointing and I cannot describe how awful this thing was it will haunt my dreams, and I love chamoy and tajin, but out of proportion it’s inedible and nauseating. They served a Hispanic customer before us who was with an older person and it didn’t bother me but was pretty obvious and I’m guessing after reading these reviews this is the vibe at this location.
