The food is good but the owner is so cheap that he won’t turn on the air conditioner for his staff or customers. He even put in a screen door. Sometimes you do no one wants to dine in because it’s so hot inside. And this is only february.

Disappointed smh. Used to be my go too for years and I haven’t had it in a while. Called in the Santa Fe toasted. Never had a had a skinny sandwich from here ever. They skimping now. Dry and not nearly enough meat. Especially for $33 (ordered 2 of these and both were sad sandwiches. Save your money and go to Jerseys or if you’re already spending $33 for 2 sandwiches might as well as go with the OGs @ Agrusas. They haven’t missed for me at least.

This location was super clean and fully stocked. Restroom was also clean too. I got the ORCA sandwich as usual and was greeted by Sabina who was super friendly. She started my order while Robert helped finish it. Robert made my sandwich exactly as I asked with ease. This team is exactly like a winner crew we all hope to get when walking in Submarina. Good job for giving all customers a good experience.

We are long-time customers and have always appreciated the great service and food quality. Our last visit was about 2 weeks ago and noticed that new people were working and a young woman seemed to be guiding them. Prices and portions seemed normal. Today I put in an online order since family is here and we had a larger order. I didn’t realize the online platform costs more for every item, at least $2 per sandwich. When I picked up the order it was ready early, which was nice, and it seems everything was correct. BUT the amount of ingredients between the bread was HALF of the normal amount. Even my 12-year old granddaughter noticed! Also noticed the price was up about a dollar on the menu there, then $2 added online. I asked about the higher price online and a nice young man explained it was due to the online platform thru door dash. He did mark my punch card and was very friendly.

Been coming here for years. Miss the old staff, they were always sweet & had great customer service & family oriented. New staff well just the new guy who runs it seems like he has an attitude a lot, makes remarks under breath when you ask for an extra dressing, horrible customer service. The sandwiches have half of the ingredients as they use to. It’s sad I use to love coming here now I have to be ready for a poor customer service interaction and try not to say what I want to lol.

I have been coming here a few times a week for almost 3 years now. I really like my sandwhiches! However, the past few months, I feel like this place is just going down. They got rid of the staff and hired some young kids who lack the customer service and friendly/family feel of the old staff. The new owner always seems in a bad mood and the amount of ingredients on the sandwhiches have become less but the prices have gone up. If I want extra of something, and I know I have to pay for it now, that should be the end of the conversation. Miss the old staff. This place isn’t what it used to be. Customer service goes a long way.
