In 50 minutes, we were only served three small portions of meat. We had to follow up three separate times just to get any attention, and she didn’t return to our table until the next shift server came on. When I asked if she was the only server working, she said “no” and walked away. Completely dismissive.
We waited 45 minutes for our beer and only received it after following up — and she had forgotten what we ordered. We didn’t receive any water refills until the very end of our dinner. After taking our order, she later came back to tell us they didn’t even have the meat we originally requested.
The lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. We felt ignored and unwelcome the entire time.
Management seriously needs to address the level of service being provided here, because this experience did not reflect well on the restaurant at all. Definitely not worth $180 that we paid for!!
Amazing food and excellent service! The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. The food came out quickly, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The all-you-can-eat menu is definitely the way to go—great variety, high-quality meats, and a reasonable price. Perfect for a fun, interactive dining experience. Highly recommend!
I believe if this location hire more server and runner, or the manager can check each table at least onece, the service quality will getting better.
We will definitely come back, hope they get better improvement while we back next time.
Basic things were missed-forks, drink refills, and having someone available to help. There was no clear server to us, we often waited at the table unsure who to ask. Assigning a dedicated server to a table or sections or clearly defining that role would greatly improve the experience.
The restaurant appears understaffed, and management needs to be more present on the floor supporting the team. The busser worked hard but seemed limited in what they were allowed to do, better training or flexibility could help during busy moments.
One concerning moment was seeing an employee in the back kitchen repeatedly touching his hair, which raised food safety concerns. Literally palm all up in his head, very gross.
We got the set menu for 3 people and it was the perfect amount of food. Maybe a little too heavy on the appetizers but otherwise we didn’t have any complaints.
