Huge shout out to Papa John’s for providing 10/10 service. They use doordash for delivery. Unfortunately tonight Papa Johns gave me a call and told me doordash stole my order. The young guy with tattoos, did not get his name.. voided the complete transaction for me to be refunded. They even agreed to remake the food for me and keep the door open past close. The young gentlemen who made this happen on New Years night, Thank you very much. The food was hot and delicious. Excellent service is rare these days. And we sincerely appreciate you and your team. I hope that doordasher never gets to deliver food again.

I was greeted with a smile by a very nice staff member. They even gave me a greating as i left the door. My only qualm is please make sure your staff know to not touch their face anywhere behind the counter. I understand it is sometimes subconscious but it peevs me and gets me to wondering how many times did they touch their face while they were making the pizza.

The young man who pulled my order noticed that I was carrying my child and helped to carry my pizza to my car. He didn’t have to provide this assistance. He went above and beyond and is a great representative of your company and sets the bar high for his coworkers.

The service and quality of the food at this location has greatly improved. The last few pizzas I got there were amazing and exactly what we ordered. I don’t know what they are doing up there, but they need to keep it up.

Got my food from here and food was tampered with, burnt, no sauce, and the nasty dirty receipt was laying on top of the food inside the box. When I called I said I would like a refund because I should call health dept he told me that he “ain’t gon’ deal with no threats” and basically told me to call the health department because he won’t help me now. His name was Hayandai or Yiyandai or something. So that’s what I will be doing. Calling corporate and the health department. If papa John’s is too hard for you maybe try waste management services. Couldn’t be more fitting.

I ordered for delivery then got a notice after the original confirmation that Door Dash was delivering it and it would take an extra half hour to my delivery time. I didn’t order this through door dash I ordered it straight from the website. I’ll be asleep by the time this arrives. If I’m lucky I’ll get to throw it away in the morning. Thanks yall!

Tonight I called four different papa John’s trying to get a cheeseburger pizza on thin crust. The lady working tonight was the only one who would accommodate this. Great customer service and super appreciative!

This location was excellent that’s how it got a second star. Our food was hot and on time. That being said, it was horrible. We haven’t been to pj’s in years. The food was flavorless. Might have well have gotten a frozen grocery store pizza. If you call and place your order, it’s a call center, not local. Somehow, 2 of the $8 specials and wings added up to $32.

Don’t order through the app! I tried to order on the app and the app processed my order without placing it. My card was charged and i was not given an immediate refund even though the app said “card issues”. The store, did nothing about it, or the “corporate” number they gave me. There was nothing wrong with my card since clearly the transaction still went thru. I showed proof to the guy that i talked to at the store. I even called my bank before going and they told me to go to the merchant because it showed as a hold by the store for processing. Literally ridiculous. I now have no money for dinner and no food to show for the payment! Proof provided in the photos. Pathetic they did nothing to help when it was the app that caused the whole issue. Now i have to wait up to 7 days for my refund. LOL pathetic! 3 hours later and still no money. I don’t understand, if it was card issues, why was my money still taken? Literal BS!

After my dreadful experience with the local pizza hut I decided to try papa John’s. My order was correct complete and arrived on time. The only downside was they contracted the delivery to door dash witch caused some confusion however this was not really a big deal. If they keep service this consistent papa John’s will most likely be my new go to for dependable service and drivers that actually show up. Thank you papa John’s I was really hungry and dealing with surgery recovery.. you guys saved the day
