Went to the Arbys on 25th St. In Columbus Indiana. Was served by a wonderful lady named Ruby. She made sure our order was correct and she was so friendly and helpful. Ruby had a beautiful smile and a sweet personality. She made us feel so welcomed. It was a wonderful experience. Food was good too.

Store is dirty and customer service was minimal the food was thrown together and sauce all over the wrapper. Also the toilet in the mens bathroom had poop on it. I told employees and not one person did i see go in to clean it up while i was there. Will not be back!

Had a lunch date with my daughter and mother in law, food was hot and fresh. One employee asked if the chicken strip were for my 1 yr old and cautioned us that they just came out of the fryer and were hot. I definitely appreciated the warning, burnt kid fingers are not fun. The rest of the staff was friendly and our food was good.

Not the greatest. I saw the fries and potatoe cakes just sitting in their friers getting cold. They didn’t have enough ppl working and their drive through had 12 cars in it. When I got my food home the roast beef sandwich was AWFUL. It was COLD and the edges were super dried out prbly from sitting in the window so long. .
