My husband and I went in the store and ordered on the self-serve screen a to-go order. We ordered no sour cream on the burrito and a cheesy roll-up (pictured) and added beef and pico. As you can see there isn’t any pico in it and when I called I was told the manager prepared it herself and she put pico in there, which clearly she did not. She did admit that she put sour cream in the burrito. By the time we realized this we were already home and I was told to go up there and they would make another roll-up (no mention of the burrito). I told the girl I was not going to drive back up there and if there was a way they could issue a refund for those items or anything else they could do. She said they don’t offer refunds and can only do so in their app. On another note, we got a soft drink and were given the cup while we waited for our food. We noticed the dr. Pepper and Pepsi were both out so we waited until the girl gave us our food to let her know and she then decided to tell us that those drinks and the Baja drink was out. That should’ve been mentioned when she gave us the cup. I know it’s just Taco Bell but things should be done correctly and at the very least should not imply that the customer is lying and make things right.

I love taco bell. My kids love taco bell, but this place has absolutely terrible service. On multiple occasions I’ve have to wait over half an hour for my food. One time it took over an hour. It’s ridiculous. The last time I went I was told to pull around front and they’d bring me my food. After 20 seeing several people get their food and leave, I go inside and my food is sitting right there. And it wasn’t even hot anymore. So fed up with this place. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to town next time.

Let me start off by saying I knew better. I gave this place another try hoping to get something small to eat. The cantina taco was stuck to the wrapper and couldn’t eat it. Here is some helpful suggestions when preparing food. If you handle money with plastic gloves, do not then use those same gloves to make the food. I’ve worked food service in the past and they show you all these things in food handlers class. This is why people end up sick. Please do better.

Stopped here on the way out and in from our road trip and regretted it both times. My husband’s burritos were so loose he had to hold them together. The quesadillas were bunched up into a ball and barely cut. Today I got half a quesadilla bc the other half was empty. It wasn’t even busy as we were the only customers in line. It’s like they just throw orders together as fast as they can.

Asked them to add onion to our bean, cheese burritos and it ended up being an ONION BURRITO, how hard is it to add SOME onion and spread it through out the whole dang burrito. We’ve been a couple of times and y’all always screw something up. Last time, we said no more, but today we are in a hurry and tried it again, and all I can say is … At least y’all are consistent.

When I went to order my food I asked for the nacho fries that were on the menu and was told that they didn’t have them . I then asked for a quesorito she didn’t know what that was so then I asked for a crispy chicken taco then was told they stopped serving those. I was so disappointed and just ordered a steak grilled burrito and some other items. When I tell you that steak grilled burrito made me forgot about my problems. That warm bite in my mouth just twitched something inside of me and made me smile for the first time in 4 years. It tasted like freedom with love and bravery and that is what America is about.

i ordered guacamole on all 3 items. The 2 that got it was just a dab in the middle and when I asked them to remake my chicken burrito that didn’t get it he remade it with beef. The root beer and the dr. Pepper both tasted like crap and every table and both restrooms were filthy. All this is to be expected when they only had 2 people on duty though.

I got a side of regular Nacho Fries and I got 1 order of the new YellowBird Nacho Fries today. They were really good, it was smaller than what I thought it would be, but it was still very good and packed quite a punch on the spiciness level, but it wasn’t too spicy….. I have never had a problem with this Taco Bell. The food is always hot. The staff is always very friendly…. Plus it’s really nice to not have to travel all the way into Wichita whenever I want Taco Bell, so 10/10 recommend going and supporting this one!

Wish I could review the food but the services sucks so bad I still don’t even know. Ordered over 20min ago on the app and it was supposed to be ready over 10min ago, no food or word. After waiting up front for a few minutes, we finally got someone’s attention and they said they gave our food to someone else and have to remake it. Still waiting. No kind of recourse given for their mess up. Even for Taco Bell, this is terrible. I think it’s been 30min now for a simple order.
