I tried to order breakfast online after 9am (they were open). it wouldn’t allow me to order online. So I went in to order at 9:45 and the door was still locked. The guy came out after a few minutes and unlocked the door so I went in and explained I had a coupon for online but their system wasn’t working and asked if I could use the coupon in store. He told me I couldn’t. I am really annoyed especially because after I got home their online ordering was working. Bad service by the guy who was working.

Never have a issue with the food, but it’s ignorant to not accept your own companies coupons and then blame it on management. I go out of my way to get a sandwich, go through the process of having it made just for you to have to waste a sandwhich and be mad at me about it. I refuse to pay full price when I can just go down the road to the downtown location and actually utilize my coupon.

The Indian guy is very nice and does his job well. The white lady is rude and lazy and doesn’t make a meaningful sandwich. 2 employees total kind of a failure.

WORST SUBWAY EVER! Toaster hasn’t worked for 6 months. Tried to charge me $1 more than the price on the sign. When I questioned it, they told me I don’t understand how tax works (I do).When I showed them on my phone calculator they told me the price on the sign was “the old price” and kicked me out of the store. Called the owner who was SUPER UNINTERESTED. Don’t make the mistake of going here. I won’t again.

I was informed this place was under new ownership. Tried to get a breakfast sandwich on Thursday at 7:45am no one was there. Tried again at 8:15. No one was there. Went in this morning at 8:15 someone was there but she looked at me like I killed her baby then barked at me rudely “I’ll be with you soon” after watching her fumble around for 10 minutes I left. Sign says they open at 7:30.
Meet the new boss same as the old boss.

Their toaster hasn’t worked for about two years. After a while you realize they just don’t want to pay for a new one. Today they have a sign on the door saying no bread available. Worst subway in town for good service.
