Our menu has grown too. When we started out, we offered a limited number of pizzas. Now we cook up 16 varieties of specialty pizzas, offer over 20 different toppings, three styles of crust (Traditional, Super Pan and Whole Wheat Multigrain), and three types of sauce (Mild, Tangy and Creamy Garlic) for you to create your own pizza, and prepare six flavours of wings. Pizza factory used to be our families go-to pizza place. I ordered a couple of pizzas today to be highly disappointed. We opened the box for the pizza to be sliced so small. Mind you I ordered a large pizza and slices were the size I would serve to a 4 year old, tiny. On top of that, the pizzas were so hard to identify. I ordered paneer and chicken and typically the pizzas would be marked with what was what but today, nothing. I ordered a tandoori and butter chicken pizza for the chicken to be dry, overcooked and hard to eat. We literally had to pick out the pieces before we could eat any. We left to go get McDonalds instead of whatever they served us today. I don’t know what was up with their service because usually everything thing is good, but after today, I’ll reconsider ordering from here and might opt from a different place instead.

Placed an order at 2:38 in th afternoon. Told it would take an hour. 3:38 came and went. I live less than 5 mins away. It takes no more than 15 mins to make one. When I complained to the driver, he lied to my face and told me I placed the order at 3:20. I showed him the email receipt placing the order just before 2:38. Then he tried to claim they were super busy. On a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm… highly bloody unlikely. I have placed orders with Panago, who are half the distance and they have still gotten it to me in less than half an hour, even during dinner rush. Simply boils down to lack of customer respect. The pizza was barely warm! It was room temperature!!What did they do, cook it and leave it sitting there the entire time. Then when the hour was up, deliver it? Also, he pulled it out of his trunk… OF COURSE IT’S GONNA GET COLD BACK THERE!!! What are doing, man?!

I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Factory for years, but my recent experience was shocking and unacceptable. My family picked up a medium cheese pizza, and when we got home and started eating, it tasted extremely salty, bitter, and unpleasant. The dough was undercooked and the cheese seemed spoiled or expired. I felt weak, nauseous, and hungry for the rest of the evening.
My mom called the restaurant to report the issue and requested a replacement or refund. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. They refused to replace the pizza or give a refund, keeping the returned pizza instead. Refusing a refund and serving unsafe food, especially in this economy where every dollar counts, is very unethical.
I wasn’t initially planning on filing a complaint, but I am extremely concerned about the safety of other customers, especially children. This experience has completely shaken my trust in Pizza Factory. I urge management to take food safety seriously and ensure proper hygiene, ingredient checks, and quality control. Please avoid at all costs until these serious issues are addressed.

Ordered for the first time tonight. 3 large pizzas super taco, meat lovers & Hawaiian. Very impressed lots of toppings, yummy crust. Price point was good as well $51 for 3 large plus 3 dips.

This is my go to place. I love this place normally. I always ask for well done and never have to double check, but this time it was not even cooked all the way through. I did call & tell them, but the girl just said to make sure next time it’s cooked the right way before I leave. She didn’t even suggest bringing it back and they would make a new one. ♀️

I’ve never been more disgusted and appalled by a business in my life. Pizza Factory is not only serving horrible food, but they are running a scam that preys on hard-working, everyday people. I was served the worst pizza imaginable, burnt, soggy, and unappetizing, and when I tried to take it back, what happened next was even worse.
I went back to the store, expecting a reasonable resolution. I was met with nothing but disrespect. The staff refused to give me a fresh pizza or offer me a refund for the disgusting meal I had been handed. The woman behind the counter kept my old pizza and flat-out denied me a replacement or my money back.
I tried to stay calm, but when it became clear that they weren’t going to fix the situation, I went to the health authorities to report them. Do you know what they told me? They said that if I hadn’t filed a complaint with them, the restaurant would have given me my refund. Let that sink in. This business is actively trying to silence customers and protect their shady practices.
The staff didn’t stop at just denying me my refund. They escalated the situation by being incredibly rude. They yelled at me for simply asking for my money back. The delivery guy, Kanwar, was downright disrespectful. I left, humiliated and emotionally drained because I simply wanted what I paid for, a meal I could eat and enjoy. Instead, I was met with cruelty and dismissal.
As if that wasn’t enough, the owner of this place refused to take any responsibility, claiming it wasn’t his issue and that he couldn’t care less about the situation. This is a classic case of a business that doesn’t care about its customers, their well-being, or their hard-earned money.
I wasted my time, energy, and money on this place, and I’m furious. These people are stealing from ordinary families, scamming hard-working individuals, and refusing to take accountability for their actions. They treat their customers like garbage and clearly have no interest in running an ethical business.
I urge you, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ORDERS. This place is a complete scam and a disaster. Save your time, money, and dignity. stay away from Pizza Factory at all costs.
