The manager on hand was pleasant and helpful. The only drawback is that on a Tuesday at lunchtime, she is the only person working. Answering phones, walk in customers and making the pizzas. Management/owners should staff accordingly on Tuesdays.

Taste was amazing. There was an amazing amount of toppings on the pizzas. I brought my niece with me, and upon arrival the pizzas were all ready to go and the girl working behind the counter was so polite and right away offered my 2 year old niece 2 stickers.

Papa Murphys pizza is always a family favorite, but at this location, my wife had ordered online an hour ahead. Upon arrival, the lady was on a person phone call, ignored my wife and went to the back. Once my wife was helped, nothing was made (early afternoon in a Tuesday- no one else in sight). My wife was treated very rudely as if we were interrupting.

I’m extremely disappointed with the “Large” stuffed Chicago pizza received. The pizza was significantly smaller than the tray (see photo) and half as “stuffed” as usual. We generally ordered from the Sussex location which is currently closed, so we tried the Silvernail location. My husband was in a rush and didn’t realize the size until after leaving. We essentially received maybe 70% of what we paid for.

I place my order online and didn’t notice that I didn’t add cheese to one of my pizzas. A worker called me to make sure that was what I wanted. That is what I call good customer service. Will diffently go back. Keep up the good work employees

Tried to call to let them know pizza was made terrible and there was no crust. What was there tasted like old dough . Phone number is wrong . I could not even call to tell them . Wish i could get my money back .
