Ordered delivery and live roughly 1 mile away. Tipped in advance (more than 20% even given the short distance). The delivery driver showed up over 30 mins late compared to the “tracker” information, then proceeded to sit out front of my house beeping the horn periodically for 10 mins. Not only is this pathetically lazy, but how am I supposed to understand that the rude person paying on my horn is the Papa John’s delivery driver expecting me to walk out and grab my pizza? I only found out it was my pizza because the lady decided to literally toss my boxes and wings into the one spot of my stoop that actually had snow on it.
On top of a horrible driver, the pizza order was incorrect and I was missing 2 wing sauces that I paid $1 each extra for.
I contacted the store but was not directed to the manager. I contacted corporate and they supposedly filed a complaint.
Would give -0- starts if possible. Pathetic.

Slow as hell. Dont pickup Dashs here. Tell you 2 mins and 15 mins later same person asking me whats the name on the order, still ain’t done. 4 employees in the back and only one working the oven. Do better.

I had ora pizza cheesesticks and 4 20 ounces of Pepsi but didn’t get the Pepsies because the store didn’t have the 20 ounce pop. When I got my food that’s when I found out that the store didn’t have the pop. The only thing that was good was the cheesesticks. Not ordering from here again. Also the cheese on the pizza was burnt. And hate that it was delivered by Doordash instead of an employee of Papa John’s. This place has gone down hill big time. The prices are unreal.

1st off i called to see if 1 of my pizzas would be accommodated for only cheese and the other with pepperoni and sausage…was told they couldn’t do anything about it, the lady was rude from the time she answered the phone. Then i get my food one the pizzas was burnt but i ignored it, and proceeded to warm up the FRESHLY ordered COLD pizza and noticed a bug crawling on the slide my son had already taken a bite out of. Be careful with them, the food service matches the customer service which is horrible. Wish i could give 0 stars

I requested my pizza be done at 5, we were there at 5 to pick it up. Not sure how long its been sitting but its cold! When I called the store the supervisor was rude advising she packed it herself but the pizza legit has been sitting for a while. Wont be back!

This is what Papa John’s finds acceptable to give to customers. When I called, the manager blamed it on me for picking up the food late. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering that mentioned how rude the manager was. Will not order from this location again!

I ordered from this location when it first opened it was amazing the Owner and Manager ran a nice clean efficient business. I have ordered multiple pizzas from here for party’s. I ordered from here recently and was saddened by the way it is being ran today this was the worst pizza that I ever got from any Pa Pa Johns since they opened any stores in Ohio the crust was burnt and very little sauce on it and the pepperonis looked like they threw them on. People not wearing gloves and handling food. Wiping their noses with their shirts. But the lady who waited on me was nice. I do enjoy giving a nice tip but it was tough giving one here but I did still

This is the old pizza I received from this Papa John’s . They were rude about it and refused to admit sending this old pizza out for delivery. There was no cheese or sauce. I sat on the phone with corporate for an hour and a half before getting the remake. Pic on the left is obviously the remake. I will never be back ever and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I cared about! Horrible experience!!!
