I haven’t been trying to order pizza thru the app and online but neither will let me add my order to the cart. Ever since you changed the design of your order process I haven’t been able to complete an order successfully since. I haven’t order in at least a couple if months because your system doesn’t work properly. And I tried again and couldn’t get my order to save. So then I call the store to place an order when I got ahold of someone they tell me they only have thin crust nothing else. You offer 4 diffent crusts and on a Saturday night you only have thin? What is happening to Marcos. I order half and half pizzas and 7 out of 10 time it’s incorrect even though the order and receipt are. So now you make it more difficult to make an order let alone a special order. There are several different option for pizza in my area. The only reason I go to Marco’s is I like yours. But if I can’t get the correct pizza when I order it or am only given 1 option for crust. I will go someplace else for convenience. You need to fix both the order process and the staff and stocking program. Until that happens I won’t waste my time with you. It’s not worth it.

This is much better than other major chain pizzas. Domino’s and Papa John’s are both extremely bland now, and this had good flavor. I also like that you can get a thinner crust without it being a true thin crust.

I ordered from this Marco’s years ago and was not impressed. Today I ordered it again and was totally impressed. Great service great food. I ordered a small pizza. I ate the whole thing next time it’ll be a larger one.

Typically pretty good food! I love their chicken pineapple pizza. Make sure to remove the “american cheese” if you order stromboli, how is that even the default, so gross? Lastly, I love their chicken caesar salad, but lately the croutons have been burnt to a crisp. Please don’t put burnt croutons in the salad, nobody wants to eat burnt croutons, also it’s annoying to have to dig through the salad with your fingers picking out all the burnt bits.

Loved Marco’s Pizza! The cheese tasted so fresh and flavorful, and the overall quality of the pizza was excellent. Service was quick and efficient, making the experience even better. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking in the back. Definitely worth coming back again!

I have been ordering from this location for years no problem until today. Delivery driver knew he dropped my pizza and still had the nerve to give it to me. Called the store and the Manager seemed so busy he could careless. This is how you lose loyal customers.

There are some great NY style pizza joints in Tampa Bay. Marcos is not that. They don’t try to be. They have a fantastic medium thick crust pizza unmatched by anything we have experienced anywhere in the Bay area. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious. The old world pepperoni is remarkable and the Italian sausage also stands out. The key to a perfect pizza is how you build it. We get the deluxe regular crust with all crust toppers, extra sauce and baked well or extra well. We have never been disappointed with a Marco’s pizza!

So impressed by the staff! Honestly, I am unsure of the names of the crew that works Friday nights, but my goodness! They are something! A few weeks ago I called up super close to closing time hungry and the young lady was so helpful and made sure I got a pizza. tonight, again I called late for some food. Not only were they awesome to me, but when I got there the delivery driver remembered my last name ( he promised me he would learn it because it’s long) he remembered me and my last name!! Well done Marcos!
