Dear Popeyes Corporate .
I ordered food to go, and it was completely wrong. When I politely pointed it out, the employee gave me major attitude — no apology, just rolled eyes and a nasty tone. Then, to make things worse, she threw the incorrect order into the trash right in front of me and made me wait another 20 minutes for the corrected food. No sense of urgency, no professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable. Popeyes needs to seriously work on their customer service — especially how they handle mistakes THEY make. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Yesterday around noon time we decided to stop by here and eat lunch here, since we saw this location in the past passing by car on W Grand Ave. The restaurant is fairly new and it’s close by a convenience store along with a gas station. When we stepped inside it looked clean and nice however the restaurant does not have restrooms, you’ll have to go to the convenience mart to use it. For you to order you would need to use the electronic kiosk to begin your order. Upon waiting for our food there will be an individual who will call the name of the order for you to pick up. We all liked the food very much on our visit there especially as for the biscuits. Hopefully they will continue to show the same clean appeal when we were there in the coming weeks that follow.

I preferred they didn’t have but a few of the spicy chicken out I asked them for fresh it’s 6 pm shouldn’t be a problem the girl at the register gave me a whole attitude smacked her lips rolled her eyes and said okay whatever what you want then. Her name tag says ikise but my receipt says Candi. Very unprofessional walking around drinking redbull while dealing with food never gave my receipt I had to take it myself off the machine. So I walk in I order and I see a box that was clearly made before I ever walked in just on counter open with fries and then one of the kids try to give me those fries hell no so they have literally just a few pieces of chicken that I now know had been sitting there for god knows how long chicken under cooked and saturated in grease.. I wish I could give zero stars. My whole order was wrong. Pictures speak volumes. As my receipt shows I ordered dark meat got white meat. I ordered Cajun rice with gravy I got red beans. It was also suppose to be spicy none of it is… truly sad….

Ordered a couple guys at work chicken sandwiches, they picked them up on their 30 minute lunch break lunch break. Got back to work and they both called saying the chicken was so tough you could t bite into it. I’ve spent the past hour trying to get someone on the phone about their food. Bad food, poor management, that’s why so many Popeyes are closed now.
