Amazing food! The biryani, mutton karahi, and Magnolia’s chicken were super delicious — all must-try dishes. The chicken hot and sour soup is also excellent. They offer both à la carte and buffet with plenty of variety. Highly recommend!

Tried the lunch buffet at Zaiqa Restaurant in Hanover and it did not disappoint! The variety was impressive, and everything was fresh and full of authentic flavor. I especially enjoyed the vegetarian platter — each dish was well-prepared and satisfying. The garlic naan was a standout — soft, buttery, and absolutely delicious. On top of the great food, the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Zaiqa Indian and Pakistani Restaurant in Hanover Maryland, and I can confidently say it was a awesome experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an amazing meal.

Let’s talk about the food….absolute perfection! The chicken samosa was nothing short of divine. Crispy, golden pastry wrapped around a perfectly spiced and flavorful chicken filling…it was the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. Every bite was packed with rich, aromatic spices that made me want to order another round!

Then came the chicken pakora, and wow—just wow! Light, crispy, and bursting with flavor, the pakoras were fried to perfection without being greasy. The seasoning was spot on, making each bite a delicious explosion of taste. Paired with their house made sauces, it was an experience I won’t forget anytime soon.

But what truly made my visit special was Aaliyah’s phenomenal customer service. She was beyond welcoming, making sure I felt valued. Her knowledge of the menu and her friendly, attentive nature elevated the whole dining experience. She offered great recommendations and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

If you’re in the Hanover area and craving authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine, Zaiqa is the place to be! Amazing food, exceptional service, and a cozy atmosphere—this place deserves all the praise. I’ll definitely be back!

Zaiqa Restaurant delivered a fantastic dining experience. The Samosa Chaat was an absolute delight, and the Achari Gosht and Lamb Kebab Boti were both incredibly flavorful. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of their menu.

Sunday night dinner, the place was empty at 730. The naan (included with our meals) was spectacular, and not oily. The lamb kebab boti was a bit spicy, and a bit dry, but tasty; came with an onion and cucumber salad. The a palak chicken was very good, with abundant spinach; its chicken good (but not boneless). Wish we could’ve been there for the buffet. Recommended.

I’m always on the go! This place has some phenomenal appetizers and other items. One of my go to places for finger food.

My favorites are the beef samosas, onion pakora, chicken samosas, vegetable samosas, and the cheese naan bread.

Super flavor, spice, and hot. Fresh is an understatement here.

I hope to order a meal of kabobs and curries sometime soon.

Ordered Samosa Chat & Aloo Naan for takeout.
The naan was so extremely salty & waaaay to SPICY! There was an entire layer of Spicy Red Pepper & seeds in the bread made it inedible. I picked out what I could but it was still horrible. Ive eaten many Aloo Kulcha (naan) never ever had it so spicy/ salty. Next time ASK THE CUSTOMER if they want it spicy or mild. Typically the breads are NOT spicy unless requested.
The Samosa Chat was missing the YOGURT which makes the dish. There were chickpeas, sauce & chutney which tasted good but without the yogurt it was just ok.
I was skeptical in reading other bad reviews for this restaurant. The menu for many items seems overpriced.
I inquired about the lunch buffet which is on the weekends. $23.95 is also high price for lunch. Explains why the restaurant is EMPTY.
I hope they stay in business. There are several other dining options in same shopping center location.
Hope this place improves, nice environment to dine in.

Zaiqa Restaurant is the perfect spot for an authentic Desi breakfast. The halal menu offers delicious classics like fluffy puris, rich halwa, and tender nihari, all bursting with flavor. The chai is strong and aromatic, the perfect complement to any meal.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a warm South Asian vibe. The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money.

For a true taste of Desi nashta, Zaiqa is a top choice. Highly recommended!

This has to be the nastiest food i have ever put in my mouth. Didnt realize they were under new management but once i tasted the food i knew they had to be. The chicken is soooo old. Beyond rubber. The rice is gross and they just have onions pre made that they throw on top. This is the worst chicken tikka biryani i have ever had. This is not even chicken tikka biryani. Lol litterally old chicken tikka pieces thrown into rice. Samosas were not any better. These reviews has got to be fake because the food was just so terrible. Smelled old, tasted like rubber and had noooo flavor. Never again. Wish i could return the food. But since i cant i just threw it away after the 2 bites that i had. I would never come back.
