I love a good hall, I’ve been to this one in Ivanhoe a couple times always enjoyed it. Today was a little rough however, the kid at the stand today had all the personality of a dead fish. No greeting, no order confirmation, nothing, he literally said not one word to me, just flipped the iPad at me like I was a jerk for having the audacity to order. Listen, I’m in food service myself, on my worse day I least have basic manners.
Had my husband asked for the food to go. The food? Pretty good! I got the burger with the pancakes for buns, I wish the fries had more seasoning but that just a personal preference.
Won’t be returning to this location however, I get it’s slow, it’s a Monday, but the service was so poor it effected my overall experience.
