This subway was spotless! There was one customer, a head of us, and 2 employees working. They were polite and pretty speedy! The food was very good. I had a regular meatball sub, but unfortunatelythey cut the bread to close to the edge, and my meatballs fell all over the table and my new sweater. So maybe they need to know leave a bit of room when cutting the bread. My husband had his own on a different bread and had the same issue, so obviously, it is not an isolated incident. The guys were great who made our sandwiches.

The employee Nick, who works at this location is polite, kind helpful amazing customer service skills. My wife and I ate it a Subway and snowflake and then we had to spend damn near $50 for two subs and a drink. The manager their claimed that unless we order through the app on the buy one, get one free She had no control over us being able to use a coupon. When we started having trouble with the app at this location, Nick was able to help us navigate it getting it to work so that my wife and I saved $30. Might not seem like muchbut I have two twin boys that are four years old so that extra $30 really helps me and my family so thank you Nick. You should get a raise.

Service was great. Employees were kind and respectful, however, my dad got food poisoning from the banana peppers. We both ordered the same exact sandwich, one with and one without banana peppers. When my dad asked for some banana peppers, the employee noticed the container was filled with liquid that the banana peppers were sitting in. She took out the container and drained the excess liquid into the trash. 6 hours later I’m perfectly okay, and my dad is clutching a trash can. In hindsight, the peppers were likely spoiling which is why they were extremely soggy. Whether spoiled or contaminated, they shouldn’t have been served to customers

Got a to go order, asked for toasted sub. When picked up sub was not toasted and soda was flat. When called the worker wasn’t any help. Poor service.

The employees (young men) were awesome, and did our order exactly how we requested. There were 8 of us in our group, and these young men did a amazing job with a smile on their face.

We recently visited the Subway in Springerville, AZ, and had a mixed experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. However, we waited quite a while before anyone started taking our order. It seemed like the team was busy preparing sandwiches for online orders and didn’t acknowledge us for a long time.
Once we finally got our sandwiches made, the young man who added the toppings was very nice, apologetic, and generous with the toppings. The food was good, and the place was clean, but the overall process took much longer than expected.

Nice. Way to stick it to the customer. Blame the pandemic. They are already more expensive than all other Subways. Always a wait too.

I arrived at the restaurant with my family at 7:50 PM, noting that their listed closing time was 9:00 PM. Despite there being only a few customers ahead of us, we waited in line for 10 minutes before being informed that they couldn’t serve us because it was close to 8:00 PM and they would face repercussions for serving past that time. Considering we were already there and waiting, the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment based on this experience.

We have eaten here 2 times in the last 6 weeks. First time bread was old and crumbly. We thought we
would try it again. Big mistake. Tomatoes were yellow and green. Bitter tasting. Bread was once again old and crumbly. To the point of falling apart in chunks. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down.

Stopped by as we were driving through one afternoon. Needed a few footlong subs, but the worker said they only had one footlong bread left. My kids were starving so I said I’d take it. I ordered a cold cut but he said they were out of cold cut meat. I ordered something else. At the end I asked for mayo on half, he asked which half and I said it didn’t matter. He then slathered on a ton of mayo across the entire sandwich. I laughed to myself but my poor daughter hates mayo on her sandwich and couldn’t eat it. Had to drive down the street to McDonald’s. All Subway food is the same and maybe this one just had a bad day of running out of things. You think with no bread, they would have just put the closed sign up. There were several other people that attempted to order after me and had to be turned away.
