As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Im not going to lie I use to hate this location! but they have definitely made a turn around with the new staff. I love the new managers. I think one is Latina and the other is black. When I came up here last time I had one of my best experiences when I talked to DeMarco! He was a great customer service rep and he definitely deserves a PROMOTION AND RAISE! Keep up the good work..

Great Fresh food! Whoever the guy was on Feb 3, 10pm. He has a great attitude double checked to make sure order was correct and was very welcoming. with that customer service I give him credit for people returning night shifts are not easy and he is making the best of it

I think this is the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. Every time I try to give them a chance, they let me down every time. I just received an order of fries with 2 different textures. I called to ask why, they said they ran out of fries and went to a store ti get some . Then I asked what was the point of mixing them and he said it wasn’t enough to fill it up. My experience is never good. the morning . This happened June 6th , between 12-1am

It has been many years since I ate Checkers. I was not disappointed, but not get the wow factor. I guess we have to be happy with a steady performing restaurant because so many are bad. It may be a while before I go back as it is not bad and I will return.

I ordered a big Buford combo around 120am on a Saturday night going into Sunday because this is one of the only places open late in the area. I received fries that were actually up to standard and hot when I received them. However the burger was absolute trash, a combo that should come as a double patty I received only one that was stone cold, so cold that the cheese never melted and it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of the patty. So 13$ later and all I got for it was a flat soda and some fries. I’ve ordered from this location many of times and this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue yet like I said for the area if you’re going to be one of the only food locations open late, I would expect you to be able to accommodate orders like this one when you’re slated to be open between 2-3 am every night.

If I could do a negative star review I would. Terrible customer service overnight . I came 9/18 at 12 am to get our dinner and the two employees both were African American and the one in the window was bigger with little hair then the one on the line and I was adding something to my order and they said “Oh my god are you serious” “is that all now” I told her just to cancel it and they said “okay great GOODBYE” . Very unprofessional and honestly unsafe because you never know what someone is going through I could’ve snapped and did something to the whole building with them inside . You have to treat others the way you want to be treated !

I ordered a “fry lovers combo” and was asked to pull forward. Then waited about fifteen minutes for the car in front of me after which they notified me they didn’t have fries today. Most likely a poorly managed location with more significant issues. I would go down the road to Culver’s.

I ordered the new barbecue brisket melt. They should have told me they were out of bread instead they served me something totally different.
I approach the manager who was nice and he explained that their Texas toast frozen. Instead I got premium bread. I had to explain to him that it really wasn’t premium.
And they forgot my apple pie.
This is the third time I’ve been here and they’ve messed up my order all three times.
