Took over an hour to get our food when the restaurant wasn’t half full. Food was terrible, burger and the bun it was on was burned. Tacos were cold, took 40 minutes to get drinks after we ordered them . Even the soda pop was off. Everything takes forever, tastes bad, and none of the workers seem to care.

First time here and most sadlylikely the last. After spending over 2 hours waiting for our food, it took an hour just to order our food and it was not busy. The bartender came out and took our drink order and appetizer order and we waited a good hour just for that. Another waitress took the table next to us and they ordered, ate and left before we got our food. Our waitress was actually the manager and she delivered VERY POOR service. She had to be told that we didn’t get waited on before coming to our table. Then she gave us more food than we ordered and tried charging us for it. There were 2 other parties that also decided to leave before ordering their food because it was taking so long. Our food also came out cold. Honestly wish we had just stayed back and cooked our own dinner because our kids missed out on activities because so much time was spend waiting on food. Sadly this was the worst part of our trip.

Food was good for a campground restaurant. Our server sucked. She took our order and eventually brought our food but never once asked if we were OK or needed refills. I personally walked up to the bar to get drinks, napkins and condiments needed. 3 trips to the bar to “waitress” our own table. We also had to walk up to register to say we were ready for check.

The food is pretty decent. The service is average. (Unless you are at the bar, it’s good) the shot specials are really really bad. So avoid those. Beer prices are super cheap.
Update to my review: 2023 the service is as bad as it gets now. Don’t even bother with breakfast. The food will be wrong and it will take 80 mins for the wrong food to arrive. Everything is just awful. And the prices are no longer cheap. I’m not sure who to blame but nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. I will say there are maybe one or two bartenders on the later shift that seem to get it. But it’s still a mess despite their best efforts.

This is probably the worst service I have ever received. Omg. We waited 15 minutes after letting them know we were here. Food and drinks were less than average and I wish we could have had more options in the campgrounds.

We go here every year when we visit clays this year the service was horrible. Our food came out with so many things wrong & we even had to tell them not to bring the food they missed out because it took them too long we were done eating. The staff made us feel like we were bothering them when we needed something. We are usually not a picky at all.

Went in on a Saturday night for a to go order of waffle fries and water and it took 36 minutes to come out. Server had an attitude after we asked for our order 30 minutes later and service was super slow. The food was mid.
