This place is a good option for lunch. The selections are good and fresh. There are plenty of oils and condiments to use. You have your choice of meats and veggies. Add as many condiments and spices as you want because they will not add any more soy sauce.

It has changed so much from when it first opened. The prices are ridiculous and you’re making your own dish. It is now $10 a lb, you are guaranteed to pay over $20 a plate. Paid over $60 for 2 plates and 2 drinks … and they still request a tip even though the workers don’t do anything other than cook the food and charge you for it, that does not require a tip. I will not be returning unless the prices are more reasonable or they add additional perks to make it worth it.

I came here for the first time to try out their food, and they did not disappoint! Everything was made fresh, and you could taste the quality in every bite. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The establishment was spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly generous and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and answering all our questions with a smile. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu! We will be back!

The food is very tasty, but that’s because it’s ultimately on you to add the spices and sauces. The bowls are by $8.93 per pound. Mine came out to 2.56 pounds, I paid $25.49. It’s my first time here and I didn’t really know how much to get haha, but I’m okay with this, because I could save the rest for later. The amount I got seems to be able to feed 2 people. They also give out a free side of rice .

Myself & my wife each ordered a combo meals.I had 2 meats and lot of veggies with medium spicy. My wife had 1 meat and veggies and mild spice. Mine was definitely spicer than my wife’s. The employees add the items in the bowls behind glass and weight then before sent to the Chef. The Chef prepares the contents and is served steaming hot. They come with a lot of noodles and more than I liked. The portions were each big and neither of us could finish them. They had a big selection of drinks that was self service, including refills. The staff was friendly.

Wow, they didn’t put our second tray in the bag and when we got home we noticed, we called and blamed us for not knowing the procedures. Wow the service is a negative 20 no apologies even after I politely said all I’m asking for is an apology, not to be blamed for a mistake. Then when my husband got there, no apologies just handed him the bag, so sad how the staff is poorly trained.

This is 1 bowl! . I will be eating 3 times on this. Today was the grand opening.. very clean, nice atmosphere & friendly staff eager to help you. 5 kiosks/ pay stations to Choose your meats, veggies, sauces & spice level from Zero to as hot as you like. Delicious I will definitely be back.

I found this place by accident. Was going to go to Blaze and saw this place. I love Mongolian. Filled my bowl up with my favorites. When I tasted it I was not disappointed. Great flavor. Everything was fresh. When I am back in the area this for sure a stop for me.

Food is good but I got charged for 7lbs. Even with my drink added to the scale, it doesn’t come near that number. Liars!!! Scamming customers. Increase the prices if you need to but don’t try to scam everyone.

I visited this place for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The price for three bowls came out to $81 and some change, which I find very expensive for a Mongolian grill. If the food had been excellent, the price might have been easier to accept, but it wasn’t. The bowls had a burnt taste, as if they had been left on the grill too long, which gave the food a bitter flavor. It was dry and not enjoyable.
The restaurant itself was also uncomfortably hot—to the point where you end up sweating while eating. Overall, I would not recommend this place and won’t be returning. There are much better options out there that offer better taste, more reasonable prices, and a far more comfortable atmosphere.
