During this visit we tried the baked ziti, zeppoles and penne rustica. The service was on point as usual!! My glambaby LOVED her penne rustic. It was her first experience at Cristo’s and the pasta meal. She constantly commented on the Deliciousness of the sauce. She is 11 and loves to cook/create meals. I usually order eggplant parmesan when I visit (which is the best in Raleigh….for me). I tried the baked ziti mainly due to *nostalgia
(*Tomasino’s Pizza in Winter Springs, FL… Baked Ziti ). I normally don’t order it because meat is typically within the sauce. Last month, I had THE BEST meatless baked ziti at Tomasino’s…..I want to catch a flight right NOW for an order….YES!!!! THAT DELICIOUS!!!! THAT FLAVORFUL!!!!! ✈️

My glambaby and I noticed zeppoles on the menu and instantly placed an order. The server stated/asked, “I’m sure you want me to enter the order a little later after your meal has arrived?”. Our response, “YES, you’re Absolutely correct, we would like it entered Immediately!!!”. We ALL laughed!!! My glambaby and I LOVE zeppoles. We initially tried it at Dominic’s NY Pizzeria (Poyner Village.. )!!! Cristo’s satisfied our zeppoles fetish!!!

Yum! I ordered their eggplant rollitini for takeout the other day and it was delicious. The dish came with 3 rollitini stuffed with ricotta, served with ziti and topped with a hefty portion of mozzarella It was enough for two meals for me! It also came with a thoughtfully crafted side salad of mixed greens, with a little bit of cucumber, tomato, red onion, and black olive. And a couple slices of bread. Quite good, looking forward to trying more dishes!

First off I have to tell you that this is my second time going. The first time I went there had the pinwheels OMG!!! Me and my wife had just went next-door to a burrito spot that was mediocre at best and we looked out the window and seen people getting pizza boxes like it was illegal stuff or like it was money stuffed in those boxes. I seen one guy with 12 boxes!!!! What!! So I’m gonna go and check this place out. We ordered the pinwheels. We went home and smashed them straight up. Things was muy muy Delicioso The most important element to me with any restaurant is Customer Service and I have to tell you the Customer Service is top-notch is top notch the manager/owner super personable. All the waitresses know the menu in and out and they treat you like they know that they need you just as much as you need them, if you look at any of my reviews, I have no five stars this place food is delicious ambience awesome music great. The second time we went, we ordered a dessert and dined in. Had a grandma‘s pizza….OK with grandma‘s pizza my preference is light on sauce when it comes to pizza not a big fan of tomato sauce are too much of it, I should say, but then God graced us with this pizza sauce and Christos delivered !!!! I had the grandma pizza loved it and they put a lot of sauce on it too the garlic knots outrageous. I am a wing guy and we had the hot honey wings. The sauce was all over the place on the wings on the plate garlic, garlic bits everywhere it was delightful.. The dessert that we had will be in the picture below. I enjoyed my dessert. I had the Affogato fabulous. My wife had the cannoli cheesecake and it was good if you not a fan of chocolate get the original. If you like chocolate get it . The next time that I go, I’ll make sure I have more pictures for you guys, but I was too busy enjoying the food man it was bussing! This restaurant is not going to be the most fanciest expensive restaurant you ever eat. This restaurant will be a favorite restaurant to go to with you your family for generations its that good!

Excellent Italian food. I came for pizza and the rest of my family came for the other Italian entrees. All of us were VERY happy with out choices. The food was very flavorful and in particular the pizza was amazing. My only minor gripes were the room in the back we were seated at and the lack of attention we were given from our server from first our order, drink refills and checking if we needed anything else. But even with these hiccups we will def be back for the food.

Cristo’s has some of the best pizza in Raleigh! Their pasta is also fantastic. On this trip, we had the Chicken Parm Pizza and the Spaghetti Carbonara. We also got some garlic bread with cheese. The marinara sauce that comes with garlic bread is out of this world! The chicken on the pizza has a nice crispy breading and tastes so good! The pizza also uses a chunky tomato sauce. The carbonara was creamy, savory, and delicious! We dined in, but the restaurant also does a lot of take out. I imagine the food would travel well. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Our drinks were refilled before we had to ask. We were given plenty of time to decide what we wanted and didn’t feel rushed. We also allowed to pick where we sat so that it was the most comfortable for our visit. Overall, Cristo’s was a great date night!

Cristoli’s Pizza is a hidden gem! Their lunch specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays are amazing—great portions at a great price. The pizza is full of flavor, never greasy, and always fresh. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. Excellent food, great value, and wonderful service. Would like to see dairy free cheese. Highly recommend!

Amazing! A hidden gem in Raleigh. Reminded us of Italian Pizzareias up north. The best Pasta Pescatore and Bruschetta in the Triangle. So much more than a pizzeria. I ordered the special tonight, Gnocchi Gamberetti and it did not disappoint. Everything was full of flavor without being overly salty. Everything was cooked perfectly. The pasta was al dente, the seafood in both dishes were cooked to perfection. The bruschetta was bursting with flavor. Our server Ariana was great and everyone was friendly from the moment we walked in.

This is in my top 3 of best pizza in the triangle. I was a little scared to try their pastas as I thought it can’t live up to the pizza. Surprisingly great. Looking forward to making my way through the menu as it’s pretty massive and there’s gotta be some hidden gems on there.
My only slight complaint is a $9 surcharge for fettuccine Alfredo to add 6 shrimp is kinda crazy. Still tastes great though.

We stopped in here on a Friday night 6:30 and we didn’t have to wait and were sat right away. The place was busy with dining in and take out patrons. I ordered the homemade lasagna dinner plate with the house salad. The wait staff was excellent the food arrived timely and hot. The atmosphere was casual and overall we enjoyed it. If you’re in the area and looking for Italian menu this is a great option. Enjoy!
