I have nothing but respect for these women they are very hard workers. The food is amazing and all the salsa the make is delicious and have a good kick to it. They have live music at times and it is a very friendly environment. I’ve been coming to years and it has only gotten better.

I came here for birria tacos and it was disgusting. It had ZERO flavor and the broth was just bland and oily. The tortillas were super small and I paid $2.75 per taco. It was definitely not worth it and not to mention most the meat in the taco was fat pieces. It’s not worth the hype because most the reviews were years ago. Don’t know what changed but do not go unless you tryna waste money.

Last time we visited Las Chismosas, the fried fish was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed ourselves greatly but this time we both had soups…a bit salty. The chicken breast tough and the beef too much fat on it.

My torta was really good. I think they forgot to add the refried beans. They ran out of jalapenos so I had the other chiles in the salsa bar and those were spicy! I thought the food was good and decently priced. I liked the hand made tortillas. Wish I would have taken a photo.

This used to be my favorite Mexican spot in Concord. The quality of food and service has went down big time in the last 2 months. Employees are rude and food is super greasy and not fresh at all. The carne asada was greasy, rubbery and flavorless.

I ordered Pollo asado and got carne asada by mistake. It had a lot of fat and was really tough to chew. I may have been more impressed if i got the chicken i ordered but we’ll never know as i don’t think I’ll go back. The restaurant itself looks old with everything thrown together. For example, the photo menu has prices taped over the original prices. The secondary menu is hand written and propped against the wall. There are additional menu items taped to the sneeze guard on the food assembly line. The lighting is poor. All in all I’m not impressed

Been here twice, had great experiences both times. First trip, we both had carnitas super burritos which were the best we’ve found in Concord. Second trip, he had chilaquiles, and I had the shrimp plate. Both excellent.

Great street tacos. Had buche, birria, pastor and asada. All meats were tasty. Yummy tortillas. Big selection on salsa bar. Prices listed seemed a bit high, although I think hitting it on taco Tuesday may have gotten me a discount.

First time there. Nice safety protocols. Chicken in the taco looked and tasted a little old. I had to ask three times for lemon for my Mexican Coke…. and she gave me a lime.
