I always get a well made sandwich with plenty of ingredients, unlike some other Subway Restaurants I’ve been to. Fast service and a clean, quiet atmosphere. This is a great place to get a snack or meal in Ronan.

Lady behind the counter with glasses very sweet and friendly. I put in an order for two breakfast sandwiches for pickup and you could tell she wanted to make sure the order was right. I appreciated the attention to detail. Sometimes when you order for pickup businesses don’t put as much effort in so it was cool of her.

I ordered 6 sandwiches using the app and discovered, once at the hotel, that they were all wrong. The sandwiches even included ingredients one of us were allergic to. When I called the restaurant they stated that they made what was printed. I’m not sure how this happened. How none of the condiments or cheese made it to the tickets..and how ones we did not order did. The manager asked me to turn around and drive back to a town we passed through but I refused. I will not waste valuable time on the road to make 6 new sandwiches. I asked for a refund and the manager said she would call the owner. After the owner called the manager, the manager called me to say that I would not be getting a refund. WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I’ve never had an experience such as this at any Subway, everything has always been correct. Maybe it is just this one. But this experience is enough to make me shop elsewhere in the future. I hear Jimmy John’s has good customer service and support.

I hadn’t been to Subway in quite some time. Seeing all about their refresh on the commercials I thought what the heck. I needed to buy food for my work crew. I was utterly shocked at the price of the sandwiches. Utterly shocked. No chips no drinks no cookies.

Basic sandwiches like the meatball and cold cut combo nothing off their new improved refreshed menu.

Way way too expensive for Subway.

Ive never ordered online and gotten a mistake i prefer going in and making sure, but ive noticed there seems to always be some sort of coworker drama going on and the older lady has been there for as long as ive lived here for a couple years but it seems like they can never hire anybody for longer than 2days-3weeks. Seems like no one wants to stay which makes some of the customer service questionable seems like there is always a elephant in the room. I was also a bit annoyed i asked for a lot of onions and she put 2 i asked for more she put 2 more i asked 4times because i like onions. I shouldnt have to eat the sandwhiche her way, im trynna customize it like Gta shhiiiii

Love Subway. But I don’t like how they have so many of the Italian Herbs and Cheese. Came in at 6 pm, 3 hours before closing, and wanted herbs and cheese and they gave out the last one. And I had to keep asking for more veggies. Overall great place if you don’t have a problem with asking for more veggies or a different type of bread.

Good food, service was good not great. The staff were friendly and helpful with changes to my order but we weren’t really greeted when we came in or thanked when we left. Which is picky of me but I feel like that is pretty standard at most places these days. No other complaints.

They forgot to add the right meats to my sandwich! (That I paid extra for)

I used the subway app to order my food so I didn’t have to stand around and wait. Not only did I have to wait 40 minutes past the given pickup time, when I got home my sandwiches weren’t made right!

The sandwiches were on the wrong breads (which I doubled checked against my order in the app and the workers got it wrong) and they left off an entire meat option, that I paid an extra 2$ for.

This has happened twice now. I’m pretty easy to please but when I get a cheaper sandwich than the one I paid for it’s pretty upsetting.

Great place, but come on if you order a sandwich and ask for veggies put some veggies on it. Why do people have to keep asking for more veggies. the lady only put 6 Olives and 3 green peppers on my sandwich had to keep asking for more. If you want charge me more then just charge me more.
