Order steak garlic nacho fries and a steak quesadilla. Got nothing but fries with shredded cheese and a steak quesadilla with 3 pieces of steak an no chipotle all. Two pieces of it had literally nothing no cheese steak or chipotle on them.

Update thought I’d give the new breakfast crunch wrap a try and let me tell you the employees making food seriously don’t care at all about the food quality. Almost no avocado one small piece of egg it costs $6 it’s so small it fits nicely in the palm of your hand it didn’t even taste good please don’t waste your money on this any gas station will give you better breakfast than this place!

Sitting inside and workers are unprofessional and rude to each other, can hear every conversation. woman worker talking about a male coworker wanting to spit in the fries for no reason so the workers needed to “get what they want” from the baskets. Not only did I have to go back through the drive thru to retrieve a portion of my order….but my crunch wrap didn’t even have meat in it, forget the extra cheese that I requested and paid for. The chili cheese burrito was a limp, vaguely chili sauce smeared, tortilla. Nacho fries were somehow cold, when they were what we had to go back for. Reason for them not making it the bag the first time, they were holding on them and the clerk didn’t realize. After all that, we were still missing items when we left. We just couldn’t tell because everything was tossed into 1 bag. 3 separate meals, plus a couple add-ons…just haphazardly chucked, willynilly in together.
Over $40 total for them to mess up literally every aspect of the order. No wonder McDonald’s across the street always has a wrap around line and this Taco Bell is dead empty. I’ve refused to eat McDonald’s since I was a child, but this Taco Bell has me considering the merits of eating less than sub par burgers.
There’s a certain level of inadequacy that is to be expected from fast food chains, but even this was too much. I wish I could post a picture with this review, so that everyone could see just how far below standard this place has slumped.

They constantly mess up items or completely forget items all together, especially sauce cups. I called about it after getting the last two orders in a row messed up and they said to come by and they’ll replace what they messed up. I ended up having to pay for more than what I should have, the girl at the drive thru was rude and had an attitude, and to top it off they had forgot something AGAIN on that order. I decided to just cut my losses and not waste my time with them anymore, never going back there again. Their rice and potatoes always taste like crap and their portions are tiny now. Just warning you, you’d be better off going anywhere else!

Im a semi and came I late night. The lobby was closed but the two guy “Austin and drake” came and took my order and gave me a 5 star order ordering experience.

We ordered online. My husband picked up the order and they tried saying they didn’t have it. After going through the drive and going in the restaurant twice, they finally asked about the total and “found it”. When I opened the food just a few minutes ago(two minute drive to our house), it was all cold, all the extras I paid for were not on the food. My chalupa was hard and cold. The supreme tacos were NOT supreme. Very bare and empty tacos (also COLD) . Front counter guy was trying to give my husband the run around. Absolutely awful. Just paid $30 for crappy food.

There is a local celebrity that got caught trying to meet a child at Gerald gas station. His name is Mike he’s a new hire so I would definitely be careful of bringing your kids here. Also their food is about the worst “Taco Bell” I’ve had.
