The last times that I have called in my order for my family, they tell us the amount of time before it is done. I come in and the order still isn’t done. For example, I called in my order at 6.40. I was told 20 minutes. I came in at 6.55 and was told the order would be 10 more minutes. It happens frequently. The food is good. But the service is pretty awful.

Sadly, our experience eating at Chaats Cuisine was not what we expected.
Once we arrived to the restaurant, after placing an online order. We informed the hostess/cashier that we wanted to eat in the restaurant. She said it was okay. We chose a table and took our food out. We realized there were no utensils in the to go bags. We also needed plates as the food for two orders was placed in one container. We had to ask different times for items such a plates, napkins, and to go boxes. Not only was the service poor, the food was lacking so much flavor. Had the food been good, I don’t think I would be writing this review. We will not be returning here.
