I originally ordered through DoorDash. The driver only picked up 1 of the 2 bags to deliver and when we told him at the door, he claimed they only gave him one. (The ticket on the bag for DoorDash says bag 1 of 2). I tried to settle the matter with DoorDash and after hours of “review”, they gave me a small refund which did not come close to the cost of the food that was missing. Needless to say, I’m not longer a DoorDash customer. The next day, I contacted the Wing Stop in Brooklyn Center and spoke to the manager. I explained the situation and expressed to him that I was aware that the issue was all the fault of DoorDash but I wanted him to be aware of what happened. To my surprise, he offered that if I could come in, they would provide all the missing items free of charge! I couldn’t come that day, but I just went and showed them my DoorDash receipt. It’s 4 days later and they still honored the offer!
They did nothing wrong and didn’t have to do what they did. The food they made was fantastic and the service was even better! I will return here frequently!

I have been eating there wings from about a month now
Tonight I stopped in to pick up my order 20 wings
I had to wait for my wings. I did not mind it not one bit because who does love hot chicken wings
I get home get out my clothes and get comfortable to eat. Only to open up my food to 17 drums and 3 wings
I had to close the box and reopen it because this have never happen before. No I did not order drums and to be honest I do not like them if anything I would have paid to have all of the wings. I call the store to speak with the manager of duty and she tells me oh we gives what’s on the line. I have never heard that in the last 25 years of me working in the food industry.

This was a basic Wing Stop. The staff was extremely lazy and unprofessional. The whole crew was lounging around and relaxing rather than cleaning up and checking the orders. My order was wrong but everyone was sitting down. The bag was not closed so heat was able to escape. I am not being super picky. The service at the Eagan location sets the bar. This place is the worst so far. The food was a “B+”. The staff was a “D”. Manager visit your restaurant once in a while.

I just walked in and was about to order I told the young lady who greeted me her name was Olivia. I told her that I just want to use the bathroom and freshen up quick before I ordered and she told me no I could not. I said I’m a customer she said you haven’t ordered yet I said I’m about to order I just want to freshen up… That I said okay I’ll order right now she said it doesn’t matter I’m not going to open the bathroom up for you.

This was a nightmare trip tonight. I ordered 20 wings and 10 boneless. I asked for them extra crispy when I got home the chicken had zero crisp, So I drove back up there, asked them if I could remake my order just with crispy wings. When I gave the wings back the employee told me the wings look crispy enough when all in all they were extremely soggy. Now I could understand if I came in there with an attitude, but I was actually really polite during this visit. I just wanted some crispy wings for what I paid for all in all they denied my request. I just never come back to this location number again for whoever owns this establishment You should start the recognize that your reviews are dropping for a new location when Domino’s next-door has better reviews in a wing place, you have some big issues you should probably address

Food was fine but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. As I was waiting for my takeout order I had my arm resting on a chair back and when I pulled away a black sticky substance was stuck to my arm. I looked at the chair and it was covered in probably years of built up filth. I looked around and most of the chairs were like this.

This is the worst place ever, my order was incomplete and the Manager named Maria said it is my responsibility to check the order and its my problem.
If I wanted to return to that place which is 20minutes from my house and that’s the best she could do for their mistake.
I invite the customer to drive to the new location at Brooklyn park

I was so excited to try this restaurant. The TV was so loud I could hardly hear the lady taking our order. We waited about 45 minutes for one single order & to find out they didn’t have any eating utensils. No forks, napkins, lids for the drinks… the chicken was very disappointing. Soggy.. I felt sick 20 minutes after we left and normally I wouldn’t make reviews but I just had to for this one. They had everyone eating with their fingers… do not recommend this wing stop.

I drove across town to pick up what used to be a family favorite for burned chicken in a pool of grease with no seasoning. I called to express my disappointment they say can you bring it back for a refund. No apology no nothing. I dont feel like spending an hour in the car and using my gas for due to being given horrible food that is over priced. Customer service and quality products are clearly things of the past.
