I had a special request- basically, large chili cheese tots with a wiener on top. Extra chili and cheese with mustard. The lady came put to get clarification and was nice. The lady delivering the food was nice. The taste of the food was disgusting. The tots were old and twice dipped in grease. Straight up tasted like grease they fry then in. But they didn’t have that normal nice crunch. It was more on the stale side. Odd right. There wasn’t extra cheese. And somehow the underside of the wiener was burnt. So apparently, this location doesn’t like special request or they need a new cook.

Service was absolutely awful. You could see the employees in the kitchen, and we pressed the service button TWICE and had it be IGNORED and CANCELLED while other cars that came after us were served around us, and we saw the employees look at us through the window and point at our car. After 30 minutes we left and went to another restaurant; best advice would be do not waist your time going to the Sonic until they train or replace the staff with people who actually would appreciate having a place to work.

Somehow this equates to a double cheeseburger with mayo (but it’s mustard…), medium fries (that are filled like a kids size), and a large coke zero with cherry (not sure how they got ‘no ice’). Everything was repeated back to me.
Not..one..item was what I ordered. And to think I tipped $2 only to get to work and have everything be incorrect. And it took 30 mins of my lunch break, so I didn’t have time to sit and have them correct it either because that’s another 20 mins prob.

Went to this location twice while visiting from out of town. They were very fast and friendly both times and got our order correct. This is always a happy experience when most fast food places can’t get all three of those things correct. Thanks to this location for our good experience!

I ordered 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks and a medium fry. They forgot one of the drinks and as you can see from the picture this medium fry is not stocked. There are very little fries in that container. I had to get the drink corrected on site and didn’t discover the fry issue until getting home. It’s disappointing that you pay for a product, and we were under served. They acted like I was an inconvenience about the drink I paid for and they didn’t bring out. Also, I asked for easy ice and get extra ice.

I don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but I ordered a drink with light ice and the girl who brought it to me said it was light ice. Is this what light ice looks like? I feel it’s only right to post this review because it is simple instructions not followed by staff. This is still a sonic I would come to again but to mess up something as simple as light ice is a problem for me. The staff is always friendly and I enjoy coming here.
