This place is quickly becoming our fast food goto burger & fries spot in Richmond. Everything is cooked fresh and tastes delicious. Friendly & helpful staff with attention to detail and the place is always clean. The burgers are actually a little better than Culver’s if you can believe that? Also, even their chicken sandwich gives Chick-fil-a and Cane’s a run for their money!!

Not the first time I’ve been shortened at this particular restaurant. I wouldn’t usually even say anything but this is 2nd time in a row. They charge 2.00 up charge on my 11.00 corn dog nugget combo for a teaspoon of ice cream instead of ice. At least fill it up!

This is the place to eat whether you’re dining in or on the go. The service was great. I didn’t catch the name of the cashier working 9/28, but she was awesome and definitely went above and beyond, especially during the lunch rush. We had to wait longer than expected, and she gave us shrimp on the house. McDonald’s could never. Girl you a real one To sum up, food and service 10/10 ✨️

I haven’t been here in years so some thing have changed though. I got the family deal with 6 cheeseburgers & fries… it was pretty, no serious complaint but I didn’t ask for the fries to be fresh (* like hot hot, fresh out) since I was getting a pretty large meal . They weren’t too much but I did not complain. The service there was very friendly my kids even acknowledged there great acts of service. Sweet ladies.
Just wish they didn’t charge so much for everything thing. $2/eac for cup of water. Seriously? You can’t try to make money doing silly things like that.

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Whenever I’m in the area I always make sure to get my hands on a Coney Dog and icy Root beer in the Frosty mug. The Burger and fries stole the show but there’s something about that coney that makes it. From the greeting to returning my tray, this was an excellent treat to my day. And thank you for the ice cream!

Staff was friendly, one even held the door open for us, was greeted as soon as we stepped in, was given a brief description of the items we wanted on menu. Food was Fresh & Hot absolutely love their Cheese Curds. Lobby was clean as well as the parking lot. The Double mushroom onion melt was delicious 10/10 for sure.

Went through the drive thru. Got 2 orders of cheese curds. Asked for marinara sauce for them. The lady at the window handed me the bags. I asked was the marinara sauce in the bag for the cheese curds. She replied yes. So I handed the kids the bags. My son says I didn’t get no marinara sauce. So I parked and walked in to get the sauce. The lady that took my order saw me walk in with the bags. Never approached me. I walked over to the side of the counter and asked her could I get 1 more marinara sauce. I said I ordered 2 cheese curds. She gets the sauce and throws it in the bag. Looks at me and says I thought you only only sauce for 1 curd. People make mistakes. But the way she said it she was so very rude. I have been a manager in fast food. I understand working with the public is a rough job. But there was no reason for her to get an attitude over me walking back in the store for marinara sauce. Food was hot and fresh. But the rude employee kinda ruined it
