Asked for a drink and how I wanted it when i order the lady who i think was the manager gave me a look and didn’t like the way i ordered it (i’ve never had an issue anywhere else) The girls seem rude and like they don’t know what they are doing as they kept asking her how to make things, it took over 15 minutes for one drink. The workers are always eating and drinking as well which is ridiculous as they are also serving food. They all have long nails and wearing dangly jewelry. Management needs to fire the manager asap and fix these problems.

Love the service! Employees greet with a smile (most of the time, but seriously, nobody ever smiles all of the time!!) drinks are made well but sometimes slow because there’s only one hard-working barista. Would love to see more employees!

About half the staff refuse to scan my Starbucks rewards QR code from the phone. They say that the store can’t do it yet, meanwhile the other half the staff scan the code and I get my points or pay. (JR is always quick about it, no complaints for that guy.) There are even advertisements around the store with QR codes for the Starbucks rewards… I even pointed out the scanner to the staff and asked for them to try and scan, but they did not want to try and scan.
They all seem nice enough and my drinks are fine, I just don’t understand why some staffers don’t want to scan my phone. This has happened multiple times and it gets frustrating since I put money into my Starbucks account expecting to be able to use it.

The atmosphere inside is lacking because the floors are all hard tile and the are no comfortable armchairs. It feels industrial/commercial. Lulu Beans in Willmar has a very warm and comfortable atmosphere but the coffee isn’t very good.

Love going to the Starbucks in the morning. Only thing I have to say is that when someone orders food and a drink, be nice if our food didn’t sit for 15 minutes before our drink is done.

I arrived with only one person in front of me. After their order was taken I was asked to wait a moment, no problem! 8ish mins later, with two more people behind me I put my items back and walked away. This is the third time this has happened, resulting in me being unable to rate the actual quality of beverages. Service so incredibly slow.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get a gift card (only one person working, and they kept getting drinks after every order that came in). They can’t accept cash for it, so they had to transfer me to guest services where I had to wait another 10 minutes to get it. Should have walked out. Absolutely horrible service.
