I’ve made many reviews about food places and local businesses and typically I give a very fair review. But when a business fails to provide the means to even call them, a service they are technically supposed to provide. I find that unacceptable. I’ve tried finding their phone number on their Google page and Yelp and it’s the same, it says the phone number isn’t in service which can’t be the case.
In my experience is small businesses that don’t have a lot of corporate oversight tend to unplug the phone because they don’t want to deal with customers and while I can empathize with that it’s not their place to deny a service that is offered by every location. It’s not fair to customers who know exactly what they want and want to call, it’s not fair to customers that wish to issue complaints and now cannot.
I’ve worked at plenty of fast food places and the trick that tends to take place here is they unplug the phone so no one can reach them. Technically this is speculation but it’s not uncommon and let’s be honest, there’s no reason a little Caesars can’t pay the phone bill. I’m pretty sure the local business itself doesn’t even handle the phone service That’s also speculation though for the sake of accountability.
People should not be forced to have to come in or use an app that they don’t want to use to order their food. One star for failure to provide a service that should be a given, most likely against the companies regulations.
All that said, I highly suggest anyone as frustrated by this as myself call their corporate office because if enough complaints go to corporate about the phone not working it’ll get turned back on for those of us that like to talk to a real person.

Pizza is good but if you try to order a pizza over the phone you will be better off beating your head against a wall, it will be the same results.
