This was my husband and I’s first time eating at Chipotle. I have Celiac Disease and they took my health seriously. I didn’t even have to ask and they changed their gloves and their spoons. I wish more restaurants were like Chipotle. Thank you for taking extra precautions so I didn’t get sick!

The man with the beard that was in front not greeted at all the girl was so kind greeted and felt welcomed asked for a kids meal the amount of meat he put in there was like it came out of his checcckkkkkkk how is that amount of meat is supposed to add up to two tacos?? Usually come to this location, I always order on the app and never had an issue before. Most of the bowl was lettuce, very little protein and as the photo shows only got half of it with food. I pulled to the drive thru and had to repeat myself a few times, looked like employee didn’t wanna be there at all. Tried filling a complaint on the website but it would glitch and by now I already deleted the email that had the receipt.

(UPDATE-ALL HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER THIS YEAR! Thank You! ) This is my first bad review and I feel bad but hopefully it will help make a change! I have Celiac Disease and have been eating Chipotle’s weekly for over 20 years now bc it is one of the ONLY places that I am able to eat. This is the 4th time at this new store near me. I was VERY excited about it, but it has not been a good experience all the times I have went. 1. Every time I have went there, they are OUT of the food! Esp, the RICE. You can’t have a Chipotle rice bowl without rice so I had to leave. They did not seem to know what to do, they just say sorry. This was right before the rush… I can’t imagine the people behind me and how they handled that. 2. I have not seen a Manager there running the show. 3. The young staff is not very well-trained. They really need to speed it up a lot and provide larger portions for the price. They did not know about Gluten and Dairy contamination. If this store could get a good Manager and have back up food prepared, we would be eating there twice a week. Until then, I will continue to drive to the Riverdale store. (Maybe they could rotate employees from the other store to help train them?) (photos taken in April at 4:50pm).

Where do I begin? From the moment I walked in with my family I could sense the heartbreak and misery from the fellow line master. Maybe a bad day, maybe not. I tried to kill him with kindness, preaching deeply from inner soul, “How are you tonight!?” Only to be greeted with possibly the most miserable human ive seen in a while (sir if youre reading this i truly wish you the best, sincerely) the food looked as though it was harvested from death valley. The pork being scooped onto the spoon created the same screeching sounds as nails on a chalk board. The steak appeared similar to a leather saddle that had been worn down by an early frontiersman, finding the west for the first time. Needless to say. I shall never venture to this location again unless it is the only option remaining in a collapsed society.
