I placed an order to be picked up today at 4:45
My husband was the one to pick up the order. Once he arrived they had told him they gave it away and then made him feel like he inconvenienced them.
As soon as you walk in there is a note on the register that says all uber and door dash orders must confirm all orders before receiving anything. So why don’t we do that with all orders? Not only did they give out my order to some random customer, they also gave out all of my personal information to that customer as well with my name my address and my phone number which is all on their receipts.
They said they confirmed the order with the customer (they only confirm a name) they never actually confirmed anything. The manager Shelby was there today and she was the one to confirm the order. If she is supposed to be in charge of running that business, she obviously needs more training. I would appreciate the district manager to reach out and tell me how they plan on solving this issue.

When I got to the store at 10:30, 11/25/2025, there was a large order of at least 10 pizzas in front of mine. I thought for sure they wouldn’t have my order ready at the time promised especially since there was only one guy working, was I ever wrong. The man working by himself was a freaking pizza making machine. The quality was amazing and all 5 of my pizzas were cooked as requested and the guy, again by himself, was respectful and polite and made sure I had all the accoutrements.

This is the worse I have ever seen my food. Cheese bread is so dry on the left side like someone forgot the cheese on the other side. And the pizza would have been nice to to even and cut right I can’t eat pork or red meats.

This was supposed to be a half and half pizza as you can see it’s not HALF anything. Nothing. This pizza is 50/50. Me and my daughter both have called over 10 times and can not even reach a person in the local store it keeps saying the # you have reached is unavailable. Well the money on my card wasn’t unavailable so why are you???

Normally, very good food and service. The past 2 (May 8th and May 12th) orders though, not at all. The previous order was covered in air pockets, so large that the pizza toppings separated from the crust. Today’s order was actually dropped so everything was smashed together. This will be the last order that they get from me. Papa would be disappointed severely. On the 8th, I wrote to customer service about this and was told that I would hear back…nothing. Today…I’m not bothering.

They didn’t open when listed. They took forever to do the order. Most of all the portion of food you get for what you pay is not worth the trouble of the whole process. Not to be rude but they NEED to evaluate the whole process of business. Will not go back!

Papa John would have a fit for the poor excuse for pizza and Breadsticks you delivered to me tonight. The note on the box would have been great if my pizza and garlic parm breadsticks didn’t end up crisper than KFC extra Krispy chicken. And to think I gave the driver a great tip only to find food that wasn’t edible.

I ordered delivery and paid with cash. my order was $29 I had $40 the lady gets here and proceeded to say she doesn’t have any change. So I had to give her the whole $40. What if I needed the rest of that money to pay my bills. That’s very inconsiderate to just think someone owes you a tip. I then open my desert box and I nearly have enough icing for my Oreo bites. I always get these it’s always filled to the top this is unacceptable.
