Placed an order for delivery and my pizza was over an hour late. I had to call them 3 or 4 times to inquire abt it and was told each time that it was out for delivery. The pizza itself was good but service was not!!! After all that they should’ve given me a discount or a future free pizza but of course they didn’t. This was the first time ordering and will be my last.

I have ordered here in the past so many times and I didn’t really have any problems, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered, everything has been horrible meaning. The pizzas I’ve ordered was not fully cooked or they was all over the place. The toppings the chef’s salad I ordered was old salad. It was Brown and the cost of everything. It is definitely not worth And this place has really went downhill. Completely. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.

You don’t know what pizza is. It’s simple, a Good/Thick sauce on top of the dough. And a thick layer of Cheese on top! And lots of fixings between.
It had lots of fixings (that’s why you got a two). But NO Cheese on top! When you take a bit, the fixings go everywhere but your mouth. The cheese keeps the fixings in place.
Next day, had a $2.99 slice of No Name pizza at a TA truck stop. It was much better than yours.

Calzone was not even near the quality I am used to. The mushrooms were defiantly canned, the onions crunchy and the sauce could have been better. Pizzas are good. Will never have the Calzone again. It also needed more cheese.

Ordered here tonight and I gotta say definitely have had better service at this establishment. I ordered a large BLT sub which was delicious I’m definitely not knocking the food as always amazing, my wife ordered a salad which she was going to take to work with her. However the service tonight was far from what was expected from a restaurant. My order arrived before the eta time which was nice however I only received the sub that was ordered. I was able to catch the driver before they left and was told they’d bring it right back. Well this is where things get a little ridiculous. So instead of bringing my salad to me since you know I’ve already received half my order no what they decide to do is to go take other deliveries before bringing me the remaining items to my order. So 30 minutes had gone by and decided it was time to call the store and see what was going on. A lady answered the phone and said yeah it’s on the way I was like ok good but 30 minutes later is kinda over the top. I only live 2.5 miles away from the store just wanna make sure it’s not like I live clear out in the middle of nowhere. So the lady then begins to tell me that the driver had other deliveries to make as I’m sure most of you will agree that’s not acceptable. I have eaten at smitty’s for most of my life like I’m sure most of you have. It literally took them an additional 45 minutes to deliver the remaining items in my order.

Employees just sitting around when I arrived. Didn’t know my order was placed and didn’t start until after I got here. Had to wait over 25 minutes for my order and now I don’t even have time to eat it before work.
Poor service. Slow service. First time here and last time here. Disappointed
Edit to add: my burger is still ice cold and the fries were soggy- I had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking.

Absolutely delicious pizza!! But ummm the cookies there selling at the moment are let’s say not edible. Crumbly hard as a brick. So skip the cookies. The ones in Belpre ohio.

Ordered online. Was told 30 minutes. Showed up on expected time. Then to get told they didn’t even see the order on the printer. To get told to wait another 20 minutes. Very unprofessional and lack of responsibility from workers. Very disappointing and dissapointed in a business with an online option. Especially with multiple working in the store.
