It’s been a while that I’ve felt this neighborhood lil Caesars had good quality pizza & service, but I definitely felt it today. Had a $2 pizza deal on a classic. Dough was thick and hearty. Cheese and pepperoni was plentiful. Young lady who’s helped me a couple times is always nice and gracious. Thank you. This place has really turned around for quite some time now.

They make the sloppiest pizza I have ever seen at Little Caesars . Complained at the same location about 5 times before posting this review and they did nothing about it

Little Caesars is off and hit and miss but tonight was fantastic! It’s often undercooked but today was perfect! Keep up the great work!

UPDATE: Came to review again since they can’t do half of the bare minimum at this location and just irritate me by still existing. Please make some sort of an effort if you’re not going to have Hot n Readys and do Crazy Crust. They did not give me the correct pizza. I tried to call to ask about it and they picked up the phone and hung it up immediately. I tried to call back but they put the phone to busy. Thankfully we paid with the app and since I can’t get in contact with the store I have no other options but to ask the bank.

I usually approach my reviews with a fair and understanding perspective, but my recent visit to Little Caesars in Alameda on November 24th at around 4 PM was nothing short of a letdown. As someone who appreciates good customer service, I was taken aback by the staff’s attitude, particularly the individual handling our order.

Firstly, there was a glaring issue with our order. We intended to enjoy a simple meal – just one pizza to share. However, due to what seemed like a lack of attention or perhaps miscommunication, our order was incorrectly doubled, resulting in an unnecessary expense of $50.

When we attempted to address this with the staff member, his response was far from satisfactory. He refused to correct the order, stating that he had already informed the kitchen, which felt like a dismissive excuse rather than a legitimate reason. His approach lacked any semblance of kindness or understanding, which is fundamental in customer service.

Moreover, his overall demeanor was unaccommodating. He barely paid attention to what we were saying, making us feel unheard and undervalued as customers. This kind of interaction is not what one expects when stepping into an establishment known for its fast and friendly service.

In conclusion, this experience was a significant departure from the quality and service I’ve come to expect from Little Caesars. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive point for the team at the Alameda branch to improve their service standards and ensure no other customer has to face a similar situation.

This location is TERRIBLE! I ordered pizza online 2 hours in advance to be delivered to a high school WITH instructions to “hand deliver” pizza to the office. After waiting 20 min AFTER the specified time it was supposed to arrive, I referred to the email receipt and to my surprise, a link to Grub Hub showing that the pizza had been delivered! It had not.
I contacted the store to inquire where my order disappeared to. I was told by the employee that they NEVER received the order even though I had a receipt and “delivery” confirmation. This a-hole proceeded to tell me that not only was I not getting my order, but I also wasn’t getting a refund!
Thankfully, the email receipt had a customer service number to call. Not only did I get a refund, I was told a complaint would be filed on my behalf against the store and the Grub Hub driver who took the tip without giving me my order.
After reading these reviews, I’m happy I didn’t get that pizza. It probably would’ve been as bad as the customer service at this location. Sounds like they need to get some new staff and management.

This LC used to be a good reliable place for cheap newspaper coupon deals for relatively basic average pizza that’s ok. Not so anymore. The pizza is too doughy and under cooked in the center and they don’t drain the pineapple bits too good, which made my Hawaiian pizza soggy – it soaked the box by the time I got it home. They were out of the toppings for another pizza I ordered and had to settle for without it. The staff seemed overwhelmed with order backlog and too much socializing in the back and not full concentration doing the job to catch it up. The woman up front at the register who took the orders seemed confused about putting my order into the register. Just seemed scatterbrained and not focused on her task. Any added toppings are $2 each, no take home menus and they do not answer the phone to take phone orders – at least not on the night I went there. Higher priced and quality gone down. I think I’ll go check out the Extreme Pizza place across the street next time. When I put out hard earned money for a pizza I expect professionalism in customer service and quality of product. Not worth it to come back here. Praying I don’t get sick.

I gate having to give this low rating because I actually think Little Caesars is a decent pizza and a good value. The negative feedback is due to the unfortunate experience I’ve had the past two times I’ve ordered for pick up at the Webster St, Alameda location. I get an email telling me that the order is ready and then, upon arriving to claim my meal, am subject to a 15-20 minute wait. That aside, the staff hardly makes any acknowledgement or apologies for the delay and it just makes for a poor experience. Once I picked up my recent order the pizzas were room temperature, at best so I just can’t fathom what exactly is taking place in that kitchen but I know I won’t be coming around again to find out.

Made an online order, arrived on time and my order was not ready. The cashier said there was a belligerent customer that was throwing things around, and that this location was closing early. Then he got my contact information and told me I would have a refund in the next couple of business days. It has been a full week and still no refund.

Another negative experience I had here was with the same employee. I arrived and he said my pizzas would take an extra 10 minutes, I left then returned after about 15. He then mixed up one of the pizzas, a Hawaiian, which is 12 dollars, with a sausage, worth 9 dollars, and when I asked him about this he said that he gave my Hawaiian to someone else, and that it would be another 15 minutes. I don’t recommend this location at all. The one on international in oakland has much better service.

My father brought me here when I was a kid, when it first opened up.
It is childhood memories for me, as I still live here in Alameda.
Of course, due to the pandemic, everything had to be ordered and either cooked fresh, or you can download their app, and order online.

When it is really busy, yes, even the app can give a false notification indicating that your pizza is ready, when it was not.

I have only experienced this one time though in the 30 plus years I have been going to this Little Caesars, and that was during the Superbowl this year, which is normally their peak day of the year anyways.

Food is great, and I love the fact that since the pandemic has eased up, now they are back to Hot and Ready Pizza.

That is the bread and butter of why I love them. Great pizza, and very cheap price. A large pizza under 8 dollars ready to go is hard to come by, nowadays.

And I love their 5 dollar lunch combos of a personal deep dish and soda.

Any negativity? I just missed the fact it used to be at the Central station in the plaza on Central, near the laundry room, by Paganos.
Parking was plentiful there. Webster Street isn’t the most lavish location for parking, as opposed to walking.

Will keep coming and ordering when I have those cravings, yum!
