I visited on the first day for their soft opening and was impressed by the gorgeous interior and the cheerful staff. The girl who helped me explained the options and let me sample flavors. I got a mango agua fresca (so delicious!), hot vaso de elote, nachos, and a strawberry raspado. The corn was so delicious and it was a very generous portion, so I ended up saving half for later. Everyone was kind and attentive. I can’t wait to try all the menu options. There’s so many that it will take me forever!

So excited to have a Michoacana Plus in Napa! This place has such a family-friendly environment, and so many options on what goodies to get. We really loved the esquite with hot cheetos, and the strawberry agua fresca! We will definitely be back to try all the other snacks, popsicles, and ice cream.

To start, the man who took my order was very… strange… refused to speak to me in Spanish even though I was speaking to him in Spanish throughout our whole conversation. I found it incredibly odd since this is supposedly a Mexican ice cream shop. I ordered an agua fresca de fresa and was beyond disappointed. First of all, just by looking at it I could tell that it was not made in house.. and no, mixing premade red strawberry powder and putting strawberry pieces in it doesn’t count as made in house, sorry. Secondly, it was disgusting. Going here to try their stuff was the biggest waste of my time ever. But, the store was decorated cute so that was nice. Personally won’t ever be going here again, but try it for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Been yearning to try this place out for a while since they had opened a while back yet all of the long lines kinda made me a bit wary…until today. Finally went back and there was virtually no line. Was able to try out one of their regular Oreo shakes and it honestly felt like something my mom would make me when she was younger but taken up to an even higher and better level.
A little on the pricey side but I do want to go back here again whenever I get the chance.

The paletas are amazing! The cantaloupe and watermelon were so refreshing, I can’t wait to try all the flavors and other menu items. Love the bright decor and the staff were friendly and patient. Super excited that they are now in Napa.

Amazing and authentic vibe plus absolutely incredible paletas and ice cream. We got the pistachio, snickers and gummy bear paletas and were thrilled. Also super kind service. So glad to have this in town!!
