Food was flavorful and fresh! I wish the side portion was a little bigger (not talking about soup portion), however, the broc & ched soup was delicious. My dad had the potato salad and said it was good as well! I got the half turkey jalapeno crunch sandwich and I wish I had gone with the whole, delightful! The bread was fresh and soft, bacon was crisp, avocado was creamy, mixed with the crunch of the jalapeno chips, my goodness and the turkey was so tender and flavorful!
The only thing that didn’t hit was how compact the inside was and how rude fellow customers were, which was obviously no fault to the restraunt.
The staff were kind, attentive and quick. Thank you for a lovely lunch, I’ll be back! ❤️

Placed order @ 1:49pm. I arrived @ 2:04 (Time that it was supposed to be ready). Had to wait an additional 35 minutes for my order…. was told someone else picked up my order, even though I was standing right next to the pickup area the entire time.
Must say these were the saddest Nacho’s ever! They forgot the sour cream and the avocado look like it was dug out of the trash. Ive had better nachos at a little league concession stand.
This was my 3rd time at this location, the first 2 times the order was wrong, ingredient’s added or missing. Same long wait times on online orders and no attention to detail in the kitchen.
I know its a new location, and they are still working out the kinks, but it seems to be getting worst.
Oh… and stop adding the freaking pickle spear in the sandwich wrapper, when it specifically states “No Pickle Spear” on the order.
One bright spot, the gentleman expediting the orders was apologetic, friendly and super helpful once the error was noticed.

Never been here before but the first time experience was better than expected. Greeted with a warm smile and was checked by the manager 2x’s. The food was great and the atmosphere was refreshing and we will be returning, hope to see you here

The employees are just doing a phenomenal job. The customer service is spot on and the food is fantastic as always.
I had the grilled chicken sandwich and tortilla soup pick 2. Both were fantastic. My son had the french dip and loved it.

Not sure how such a great place with outstanding service & delicious food deserved the lower rating but we went yesterday. From entering the door you know its not a reg fast food place! Its really nice inside comfy chairs & bright classy! Food is phenomenal, fresh toppings, bread, meats & cheeses! Soup was hot & delicious. Our salads were so fresh too!
The young guy at the counter was genuinely welcoming & knowledgeable about menu items!
The whole experience was more class restaurant than fast food! Glad they came to nice fast growing West Pensacola!

Love McAlister’s food but the to_go portion of soup is a joke. We ordered two bowls to go and they were barely half full, missing the cheese on top and crackers. When we ate in the restaurant they were full. Same with the large potato salad. We would love to see more consistency.

I have been a fan of McAllister’s for over 15 years. Every location I ever visit is top notch and this location is no exception. The staff were extremely courteous, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was buzzing and full of life.
The club is literally the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Some of the negative comments on here I wish I could reply to and explain that their experience is not a true representation of the overall quality of McAllister’s. Mind you, this location literally just opened a week ago.
To the negative reviews on this page: if y’all make my favorite deli close because you don’t have the patience to wait for 20 minutes for a handcrafted sandwich and delicious sweet tea, I will personally hold all these 1 star reviewers responsible. go back to Panera’s slop with your negative self.

I recently ordered the Choose Two with the Mcalister’s Club and broccoli cheddar soup, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The sandwich was tasty and very well prepared, and while the broccoli cheddar soup had great flavor, it was slightly watery. I would especially like to recognize Kylee, who was wonderful in helping me decide what to order. She was attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. The atmosphere of the deli was amazing, and I truly enjoyed the music playing. it added to the welcoming environment. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I will definitely be returning.

The turkey BLT was amazing… made to perfection. My husband ordered a special made sandwich. After a small misunderstanding, the order was corrected, sandwich remade exactly as he wanted it. He was quite happy. The entire staff was friendly. Thank you Katherine for all of your help. We will definitely be back.
