I have been coming to this location twice a week for over 6 months. Since day 1 the atmosphere and service has been outstanding. Quick service and the food is nice and hot made to order. It’s a quiet place to get some work done while enjoying my food. The staff are so quick and courteous. Out of the other food places in the area this is the best. It’s always clean and relaxing.

This is a very clean and modern Carl’s Jr. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the place is very inviting and brings out a sense of curiosity. If I was a tourist stopping here to dine in, I would feel as if Fresno has a welcoming presence. This is the only Carl’s Jr I have been to in Fresno that presents itself this way. The employees are really nice and the food is surprisingly not doused in grease. My chicken sandwich was not burning hot but it wasn’t cold however My fried zucchinis were burning hot. Of course it’s a bit pricey but I think Carl’s Jr has always been on the higher end of the fast food burger restaurant. After coming to this location on Clinton and Marks I don’t think I want to go to another location here in Fresno.

I came here late at night Feb 13, at 12:30am wanting good food after I came back from my Dad’s funeral. The girl at the drive thru was the absolute worst. I was asking simple questions and her tone and approach was horrible. She was not helpful, made the experience much more difficult than it had to be. I decided to leave and go to In & Out because she was making the experience uncomfortable. When I approached the window because I canceled my order, she was staring at me with a disgusting cold look. These employees have no idea what someone is going through and to stare at me from the window with a death stare, completely disgusting. She had dark hair, white complexion, on the shorter side. I did not get her name but she was working a night from on Feb 13 at midnight. Please talk to her.

Went to get a Combo meal with a coupon but was told l couldn’t use it cuz l had to have the app. which I couldn’t download and then she charged me individually for everything! She was very nonchalant and didn’t care. She had poor customer service. I won’t be eating here anymore.

I go To Carl’s Jr . Probably about once a week. I go for their biscuits and gravy, there are only a few restaurants left that still have biscuits and gravy , that don’t taste synthetic, and Carl’s Jr. Is one of them, and they’ve got the price right.
If your a biscuit and gravy person like I am, and your on a tight budget, I highly recommend Carl’s Jr. Pretty much all the food is good, the hash brown nuggets are really good too.

I have only been here on Sunday mornings and usually the same people are working. My kid and I always get 2 breakfast burger (mine a double) combos and the food is always coming out piping hot. The service is always great and I am usually greeted by the same cashier and she is always very friendly. It is something I hardly see nowadays and it’s nice to see someone who is still giving great friendly service in this industry. It is one of the better Carls Jr I have been to in California in my opinion and the best I have been to, up and down CA-99. I can’t speak on the other shifts at this location but I know the service and the food is good whenever I do come by on a Sunday morning.

We came over for breakfast, placed our order and the food came out quickly. I loved the breakfast burger combo with the mini hash browns. My son said that the Big Carl’s burger was awesome. I liked that they have the full menu, I mean regular burgers too at breakfast time
