I have been a very loyal customer to this Dunkin for several years now but after this morning’s experience, I will never return to this location again. I ordered a French vanilla coffee and was handed a caramel instead. I asked for it too be switched to French vanilla. After about 10 min of waiting I asked about the coffee she picked up the caramel, peeled off the sticker and handed me trying too pass it off as the French vinilla and refused too make a French vinilla. Finally after a lot of attitude and argument by this worker I received the correct order from another employee. Very disappointing experience all around and what a way to start off a week thanks, Dunkin.

Love going to this particular store. Always fast, friendly staff . Never a slow line. Always get my frozen coffee and breakfast. People in the vicinity are very friendly. Large parking , bathroom on premises, and sitting available. You can order online, in person or your choice of delivery.

Was heading to Greenlawn LIRR heading into the city when I saw that DD was open! The one in my town upstate opens later than this one. Ordered my coffee via mobile as I always do, they took their time fulfilling the order. About 6 or so men came in to get coffee, was surprised as it was 5 am (last Thursday). Other than waiting, I was satisfied by my own experience.

Every drink I’ve gotten has been made exactly how I asked, with the exception of one time when the girl at the cube was more than happy to pour off a little coffee and then top it off (it was a bit too light and sweet). Happy hour deals are good but know that you’ll probably wait a few minutes in line after 2…not bad since this place is pretty efficient though. I also almost always see someone cleaning out doing floors which would explain why this location is so nice and clean!
