What else does one do after playing 2 hours of pickleball ???
You find an incredible place that makes an amazing bowl of Beef Pho!!
To me, a great Pho is all about the broth, and Viet Food has the tastiest broth there is.
I was not expecting the size of the generous serving – and believe me, I can down a decent feed – here is a pic of the 1/2 I got to bring home.
I shall definitely be returning

Very popular and friendly authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Wynnum. Lovely friendly staff and food freshly made. Always very busy but plenty of seating inside and out. And can bring your own bottle as a bonus. The free water given on arrival was a lovely touch. Had fresh crispy pork Banh Mi today with salted coffee. Yes, real Vietnamese salted coffee, it was amazing.

Amazing food. Reminds me of Vietnam. Everything was fresh and so much flavour. Service was also great. Thanks, I will be a new regular.

Visiting from Central queensland. Decided to order vietnamese via uber eats because I can’t get it in my home town. Very disappointing
The Pho soup had no flavour or even colour to it and i received pork instead of chicken. Wontons were nice but very cold.

I was genuinely impressed by this place—it’s a standout for the Wynnum area, which is definitely lacking in quality cafes and restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise to find somewhere that delivers on both food and service.

The shop is clean, well-organised, and welcoming. The staff are lovely—friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions.

The pho is exceptionally well-balanced with layers of sweetness, herbs, spice, and salt. Honestly, I could eat it every day.

If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a few more fresh herbs and onions to elevate it even further, though I recognise that’s a personal preference.

Delicious Vietnamese food!
I wasnt aware they were even in my locality. The crispy pork belly bahn ni was delicious. A cripsy roll, filled with fresh ingredients and the flavours were spot on.
Will definitely be back to try the Pho!

Not a great first experience. Food took nearly an hour, a little pre-warning about wait time before we paid for the food would have been appreciated given trying to keep a hungry 3yr old happy. Service was rushed and unfriendly and when food fiiiinally it wasn’t much to write home about. Broth tasted like it was just msg with sugar, no idea why it was so sweet and noodles weren’t even cooked properly. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

Finally a GOOD, AUTHENTIC Vietnamese restaurant on the southside. This place is completely under-rated. Reasonably priced and great tasting food. Had the Beef Pho and its the most authentic Ive had in Brisbane. Service is great! And the restaurant is kept very well presented and clean. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Had wonton soup a few times and loved it. Raved to friends we all ordered and food had no flavour. No spice, just broth, wontons and bean sprouts. Unfortunately very plain. Maybe they forgot the flavour.
