Thai Chilli 88 in Turnersville was easily the highlight of my day. I started with the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and I can honestly say they’re the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly minced with veggies in a beautiful brown sauce that offered just the right hint of sweetness.
For the main course, the Combo Drunken Noodles arrived steaming hot from the kitchen. The shrimp, chicken, beef, and noodles were all cooked to perfection. While I personally would have loved a bit more heat, it was ultimately a stellar dish. I also tried the Basil Chicken, which was another standout. It wasn’t quite as spicy as I expected, so if you’re looking for a kick, I definitely recommend asking them to dial up the heat!
To wash it all down, I had my first Thai Iced Tea—and all I can say is wow! The strong black tea with notes of cinnamon and condensed milk was perfectly sweet without being overpowering. Overall, a 10/10 experience. If you go, do not skip those lettuce wraps!

Thai Chili 88 is one of those places you may overlook if you’re not paying attention. For a place that, from the outside, just looks like another restaurant in a strip mall you really will be missing out if you don’t stop in. The food and service is excellent. I’m definitely going back again soon.

Found this place on our way to 7 Brew and decided to stop in. We had the mango sticky rice, pad thai, chicken satay, and chicken Panang curry—everything was good. The satay was tender, the curry and pad thai had great flavor, but the mango sticky rice was okay. The mangoes were not that sweet but understandable since they’re not in season. Glad we found it!

On our way to Atlantic City, we stopped by Thai Chili 88 in Turnersville, NJ, for dinner. We ordered vegetable spring rolls, Panang curry with lots of veggies (no eggs), drunken noodles with tofu and lots of veggies (no eggs), and Thai iced tea.
The vegetable spring rolls were crispy and paired well with the sweet chili sauce. The Panang curry was rich and flavorful, filled with a variety of fresh vegetables. The drunken noodles had the perfect balance of spice and texture, and the tofu was cooked just right. The Thai iced tea was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. 
The restaurant’s ambiance was cozy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our dietary preferences were met. It’s evident that Thai Chili 88 takes pride in delivering authentic Thai flavors.

UPDATE: after driving over 30 minutes to get here, they were not open- even though google AND their sign on the door stated they’d be open. Fortunately, this time I was only 30 minutes out of my way; however, I live over an hour away and I can’t imagine how livid I would be if I had driven that distance just to find something like this. Love the food but I’ll never take a drive out of my way ever again, especially living so far away, since they clearly can’t honor their hours. Lost a loving customer today.
PREVIOUS: I recently visited for the first time in 10 years. This used to be my favorite hidden gem spot, but then I moved out of state and wasn’t able to enjoy it anymore. After moving back to the state recently, I stopped in with my husband and after 10 years away you never know what changes to expect.
Staff members were very courteous and accommodating for seating a disabled person, food was delicious and cooked properly and food presentation was just as beautiful as ever! My old favorite, the peanut tofu was still great, my husband loved his dish as well, and the crab Rangoons were delicious and beautifully plated. Great job guys, we’ll definitely be back!
