Red curry was very good. Price is good too. Asked to make it more spicy because its catered towards norwegian taste. If you want to have the authentic experience ask to make it a bit more spicy.

Ordered to go. Almost every single lid came off, even though we handled it gently (kind of ironic for a restaurant that specializes in take away). The pad see ew seemed to use some sort of egg noodles rather than flat noodles. The dishes mostly seemed seasoned with soy sauce. You do get a lot of it though.

Food was not good at all, we ordered 3 items without oyster. Both noodles were not good in taste at all. There was no flavour, only soya sauce, one of the noodles was watery & had no salt or any spice. Fried rice was still eatable but still couldn’t eat more than half. We tried calling them to order for takeout, so that we can pick up quickly within their lunch time deal, but they didn’t pick up call & after we ordered at reception, they are not sure about noodle type & no recommendation about the taste.
I have tried That in so many different places but never was disappointed. By the time we reached nice location where we thought to enjoy the food by the Norwegian fjord, we couldn’t eat at all & had to grab some other food & spend again. Once you are in the Highway, options are very limited too.

Ordered drunken noodle which is supposed to be a stir fried noodle dish, but looks like they simply used instant noodle and added some ingredients to it. Took two bites of it and decided to go elsewhere for dinner.

had some takeaway from here and my conclusion is that this is probably catered to the norwegian palate. i had tom yum gai and pad si ew moo.
firstly, food is not spicy at all, maybe if you like spice, you can ask them to add chili? tom yum gai was more like tomato soup that’s a sour. but they gave quite a lot of meat and ingredients. secondly, the noodles are not “kway teow” but more like rice noodles. but anyway, it was still okay, just weirdly sweet. it helps if you think of it as char kway teow (cause that’s also sweet and quite popular in singapore).
also, i can’t believe that they sell whole durians too (or at least it was in the back store)! didn’t try that, but still interesting to note.

Great selection of pantry for cooking Thai and other Asian. Packed herbs and excellent noodle selection. Takeaway section is delicious too. Very hard to find authentic Thai cooking in the Arctic, but this place was a big treat. Has a few tables for dining in as well. Thumbs up on the Pad Thai Gai 🙂
