So I’m new to the area but I am an old Salsarita’s lover. This Salsarita’s location is interesting. I pretty much get the same thing when I go to Salsarita’s but my regular was so much more expensive than I was used to seeing so I asked why. They charged me for Some of the veggies as add ons. While I’m sure different locations do different things this one was off putting and I was surprised that the beans weren’t seasoned. The workers were kind enough for fast food so no worries there. Truly, I know that everything is increasing in price for one reason or another but this just seemed unnecessary.

Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would. My niece wanted to try Salsaritas for the first time yesterday, so I took her. First off, it smells so disgusting in there. I almost walked out but she wanted to try it so I suffered through it. Second, the employees were not friendly and had zero customer service. Third, I got a chicken bowl and my food was COLD and BLAND. Idk how walking from the register to my seat was enough time to make my food cold??? I didn’t say anything cause why would I? The employees weren’t very welcoming and honestly the food was so bland I decided to just toss it. Sad a place that used to be so good has went down hill.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars that would have better suited what I received from a door dash. A blind and deaf Helen Keller could have made a better “quesadilla” than what was given to me. I put Quesadilla in quotes because I honestly don’t even want to call it that. More like a semi grilled sloppy wet taco just thrown into a to-go box. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from here again.

I’ve here 4 times since moving to NC. Food generally has good flavor so I keep going back. Service has been terrible the last 2 times. Was last in Friday evening, 10/23. The staff seemed bothered that people were coming in. They were rude, didn’t listen, didn’t want you to ask questions and honestly didn’t care about you. The lady that made my burritos was the worst. The guy that rolled it didn’t do a great job either. It came apart as soon as I opened it.

This is a sleeper location for amazing chicken quesadillas! I love the plentiful options and while the chicken is a tad spicy I still get it because it’s so good! Really good queso and chips are fresh and crispy! Highly recommend!
