To start, the food choice I had was one of the baskets called finger steaks which is served with fries or tots and I decided to pick tots. The tots were nice and crunchy and although the finger steaks were slightly dry, the cocktail sauce helped spice up the flavor and made it fine :3.

Going for the vibe of the place, I was met with some other customers who lived around the area and they were extremely courteous with information. According to what they told me, the soups and the Pizza Pies were pretty nice and they recommended I should give it a try and to be fair when I asked for the sizes of the large pizza due to it being between 20$ and 30, the server said they were 14 inches which is okay in price (thinking of left overs).

In conclusion, the area was clean, the server was friendly and the food in which I give my verdict, is around 4 stars rating due to feeling like I got some left overs of finger steaks instead of it being fresh.

Waited 2 hours for food. We were told a 30-40 minute wait. We just spent hours hungry. We walked in there with complete daylight and left in complete darkness. Checked in on our food 3 times and never got a clear response on how long it would take. Everyone was nice however they are too short staffed to be accepting customers if they are that far behind on orders. The restaurant is not a priority. They also service the pool and the bar. This restaurant has too much on their plate and management needs to get their priorities straight. This is my first review ever, we were just so hungry and frustrated with the restaurant that I had to say something. Let me be clear, it was not the staffs fault, they were doing the best they could and they were very nice. The restaurant simply needs more staff or figure out a different process. We just would have liked to have been warned beforehand on how long the wait was actually going to be. We would have left to make it easier on the staff but we couldn’t because you pay beforehand. We also would have appreciated some complimentary drinks or something for the wait. I would recommend the tempura mushrooms, they were really good.

Food was great but service was horrible. Waiting at least 45 minutes just to get our order taken (only 2 other customers in the restaurant) and we clearly were ready (put our menus at the end of the table and we were all on our phones). Waited another hour for our food, still not a-lot of customers at the time. If you’re in a rush don’t come here. P.S. the workers were talking crap about other customers right in-front of me. (the workers was lily.)

Friendly service OK food nothing special, but will definitely hit the spot when you’re hungry after a day soaking in the water. Also, they have pretty decent prices.

Food wasn’t bad but the service made our experience here unbearable. We were pretty much the only ones and first ones in the restaurant and yet we got our food last. We waited almost 2 hours for our food (reminder everyone else who came in after us got their food before us). The floor was very dirty covered in grass, dirt, and who knows what else. The bathroom had a horrible stench. We are colored people and he workers were very unwelcoming giving us random stares and never once smiled at us. However when it was a white person they were bubbly, adding lemons to their drinks, and working fast. One worker with red hair (who I assume was the manager) was bossing and yelling at everyone around with a nasty attitude. And the cooks in the back were constantly goofing around. We won’t be returning there. Just very gross, slow, and very unwelcoming.

Let me start by saying, Sunday breakfast at Terrace was great… until it wasn’t. We waited well over an hour to get our food. Bacon was rancid; I took it home for my dog and she threw up with one bite. Biscuits would have made excellent brick walls. Eggs were runny…how do you make scrambled eggs runny? Ask the Terrace Cook… Secret recipe I’m thinking! Never again. Chicken Fried Steak had a unique curled up effect like it was saying, “Help, please don’t cook me any more!”. Hash browns…I have never had to use a steak knife to cut hash browns…unique experience for sure! Please, do yourselves a favor quick and get a new cook…pronto!

We went here for breakfast. The pros are that the food is cheap. The cons are that the service is extremely slow, even just for water. I can totally understand food getting out slower, but we had to wait a really long time even just for our water, and for some reason they don’t give water to everyone, you have to specifically order it. We also ordered some things that did not end up getting to our table, and the waitress seemed a bit bothered that we even asked.

The portion sizes are small, but it’s understandable for the prices being cheap. Some of the people I was with ordered their eggs cooked a certain way (which was asked by the waitress), yet they were very undercooked. One of the people in my party’s eggs were so raw that they couldn’t even eat them.

Place is horrible. I’ve lived in hotels for years and the worst of the worst and this place is horrible. No wifi no phone service and the worst food ever.

Just had breakfast at Terrace Lakes. The worst ever. Waited for an hour to be served a plate of under done eggs, toast as hard as a brick, a thin layer of hash browns that were way over done and a tiny chicken fried steak that was cooked to a crisp. Somebody needs to be sure your cook knows what he’s doing.

I went in on mother’s day morning to try to get a coffee. The young blond waitress was the rudest person I have ever met. The people in front of me told her how was your day and she replied with. “Ughhhh!!! it’s mother’s day. She than rang them up and than ignored me and cleaned up a table like if there wasn’t any other tables available! She continued to ignore me as I was just standing there and decided to walk out. I mean I know no one wants to work because of this covid but to be so rude I would never have someone at my restaurant working like that no matter how short staffed I was!!
